If you respect your customers, and in the end yourself as a specialist, then at least answer the call and tell it as it is, but alas, this is probably not about them, in the end I had to go at my own risk, because there were no other options in the evening. This is the level of customer focus. And yes, no one called back either on Thursday or Friday, actually that's the review.

I took the car, the antifreeze leaked out a day later. The problem that was initially addressed has not been resolved. Although they reported that apart from the radiator, there are no problems. I came to solve my question. After 5 days, I took the car, according to the stories, the problem was solved. 30 minutes away and the car started to boil. They promised to come to their place of residence and help with solving the problem. They didn't arrive on the first day, they said they would arrive tomorrow. They didn't arrive the next day either. The phone was not picked up.

I didn't think I'd have to write a review at all, but it's already hard to resist. A brief history of interaction with this service station.
I came for the first time with a problem with the pads. Yes, they changed it, yes they did, but it is one and a half times more expensive than the average price in the city. But it's probably strange to complain about the price, it's your own fault.
The second time I came to them to do THAT. I asked on the phone how much it would cost, they told me the amount. I arrived at the place, the amount turned out to be different (naturally in a big way), although the operations had to be done all the same as they were voiced in a conversation on the phone. I think "okay", there is literally a difference of 15-20 rubles. They started doing it, came to pick up the car and the amount increased once again. Only after the raised tones did they agree to the second option of the deal.
For the third time, as if for evil, the wipers refused, there was a breakdown in the trapeze. Because there was not much choice, I came here. The trapeze was made, but with such high quality that the wipers did not fully descend during automatic operation. I thought that this was probably a claim to the age of the car, because I had such a good conversation with the master who made it for me, he could hardly do his job badly. So, a year later, my wipers stop working. A trapezoid breakdown, which dragged along the breakdown of some kind of guide from the motor. As a result: replacement of the trapezoid and the motor, since you can't just buy a guide.
The master to whom I have just turned is simply shocked that they just crookedly assembled the entire mechanism, which caused everything to break down at once.
I strongly advise against it. They will smile, tell you how good everything is, tell a couple of funny stories, but they will make the car more expensive than more conscientious guys, and even substandard.
On the November holidays, they drove the car to this service station before buying! Of course, they "helped" us a lot. They drove us into the pit, some grandfather looked at us, told us about the little things on the suspension, to change the springs (we already knew), the tips and the anther of the tire. We bought a car. Yes, they also misled me about the cost of the work. During the inspection, they said to change the springs- 80 rubles a side job. And when I called after the purchase to sign up for a replacement: the front 270 was already worth it, and the rear springs-120!!! It's like! We drove to another service station, the prices are approximately the same. And as a result, there were a lot of problems with the suspension!! If we had had a good look at everything and correctly named the cost of the work, we would not have bought this car! Therefore, I do not recommend this one HUNDRED per 1000%
5 stars! The master did everything quickly and efficiently, told the nuances of the suspension. I am very pleased!

On May 24, he did the collapse of the convergence. They made it so that the car began to drive even worse and the steering wheel was not straight.
10 minutes after I left the service, I called them and explained the situation. To which it was suggested to return and the master will redo the work. I agreed. On the way to the service, after 3 minutes, the master called me and offered to postpone this case to May 29, saying that his shift would be and everything would be done. Like, don't think that I'm draining you, but it's too late. And it really was already 21.30 approximately. I agreed to the proposed time of 20.00 - May 29. We agreed to call in the morning and confirm the recording again.
After that, no one picks up the phone. But the other number answers as if nothing had happened.
Terrible attitude towards the client, and all because of some 60 rubles! To this day, no one has called back!
And it was very strange to read reviews after that, that everyone was doing well. Well, it didn't work out, but why ignore it?)) Whether the reviews about the collapse are true or not is a big question!
The problem with the bent wheel disc was fixed within half an hour. Very qualified staff, correctly diagnosed the problem and also carefully eliminated it almost flawlessly.
So, I would like to leave my feedback on this car service. They drove an extremely difficult Renault Scenic 2 car (originally it was right-hand drive) with a very incomprehensible problem with air conditioning and electrics. As it turned out, there was far more than one problem. It took a lot of work to fix everything (in addition to work, we also needed spare parts, which are very difficult to find in Belarus, but everything was found in the shortest possible time and with an optimal price tag). Plus, the car needed to be flashed and the car service itself found specialists who took care of it. As a result, a perfectly serviced car for adequate and sane money!
