A good multi-level garage, the territory and the building itself are regularly maintained in proper condition. Wachtstube at the entrance, overpass, heating in winter, although working sparsely and irregularly. Forest, lake with beaches nearby. Unfortunately, the value of garages, unlike in 1996, has fallen significantly due to credit dusters and a general one-time approach to life.

A normal garage cooperative. There are almost no interruptions with light, clean,video surveillance, good lighting along the driveways. The minus is probably the main one! Water is only near the checkpoint (all other water supply columns are turned off). It's not very convenient!!!

The most cozy cooperative that I know. I know some that are not allowed after 22.00 hours. STUPIDITY! I'll take a picture of mine and put it up
