The garages are located close to the final stop of trolleybuses and buses - DS "Karostyanova". Previously, and even now, interest groups gather in garages - bikers, motorists and men just running from home :) In order not to stay too long, the electricity is turned off early. With night entry and exit, too, "you won't get sick" - the barrier is closed, and the watchman is on the rounds of the territory :)
