Because of this s**k, I even had to sell the garage. I do not advise you to buy a garage in Orlenka (Khalturina, 64), you will not be able to use it! If you don't believe me, come to the place (he is there in the evenings after 6-7 and in the afternoon on weekends) and talk to him for 1 minute - everything will become clear. He demands money for every sneeze and you won't get a check - everything goes into his pocket
