In general, a good hotel for tourists.
But there are nuances that you should know about before checking in.
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, far from the center. Isani Metro Station is a 10-minute walk away.
The rooms lack the usual little things that make your stay comfortable - cups, tea, coffee (for some reason there is a kettle and glasses), slippers, towels for the floor. For some reason, 2 bottles of shower gel and no shampoo are hanging in the shower (shampoo was brought later).
There is no sound insulation. At 8 a.m., children started running down the corridor, the audibility was as if they had run into our room. Take earplugs. On the last day, the receptionist woke up with a knock on the door at 7:50 a.m. to find out if our room water was leaking.
Breakfast is announced from 8:30 to 10:30. But in fact, when you arrive at 9:30, you will find that most of the food is gone. Positions are not replenished or replaced.
Staff of various levels of competence. If you ask one employee something, he assures you that there is no such option. Then you turn to another with the same request and get what you wanted.
There are no batteries in the rooms, heating is carried out using an air conditioning system, which is why there is a buzzing noise, which is especially noticeable at night in silence.
Of the 5 days booked, cleaning was carried out only 3 times. Towels were changed irregularly.
Among the unequivocal advantages of the hotel: really delicious breakfast food (which people did not have time to eat before you), fresh room stock, cleanliness, cost of living.
Quiet area, but not far from the center (half an hour on foot). Clean and cozy room, friendly and helpful staff, proper and delicious breakfasts. Georgian hospitality is still in force, thank you!
The hotel is located not far from the Old Town., in a very cozy quiet place. Very competent and courteous staff, wonderful breakfasts. The hotel itself is very clean and has a patio. I really liked it and recommend it.
