In general, a good hotel for tourists.
But there are nuances that you should know about before checking in.
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, far from the center. Isani Metro Station is a 10-minute walk away.
The rooms lack the usual little things that make your stay comfortable - cups, tea, coffee (for some reason there is a kettle and glasses), slippers, towels for the floor. For some reason, 2 bottles of shower gel and no shampoo are hanging in the shower (shampoo was brought later).
There is no sound insulation. At 8 a.m., children started running down the corridor, the audibility was as if they had run into our room. Take earplugs. On the last day, the receptionist woke up with a knock on the door at 7:50 a.m. to find out if our room water was leaking.
Breakfast is announced from 8:30 to 10:30. But in fact, when you arrive at 9:30, you will find that most of the food is gone. Positions are not replenished or replaced.
Staff of various levels of competence. If you ask one employee something, he assures you that there is no such option. Then you turn to another with the same request and get what you wanted.
There are no batteries in the rooms, heating is carried out using an air conditioning system, which is why there is a buzzing noise, which is especially noticeable at night in silence.
Of the 5 days booked, cleaning was carried out only 3 times. Towels were changed irregularly.
Among the unequivocal advantages of the hotel: really delicious breakfast food (which people did not have time to eat before you), fresh room stock, cleanliness, cost of living.
Quiet area, but not far from the center (half an hour on foot). Clean and cozy room, friendly and helpful staff, proper and delicious breakfasts. Georgian hospitality is still in force, thank you!
The hotel is located not far from the Old Town., in a very cozy quiet place. Very competent and courteous staff, wonderful breakfasts. The hotel itself is very clean and has a patio. I really liked it and recommend it.
Hello everyone, if you are in Tbilisi, definitely choose Grand!
As soon as you enter the hotel, you will immediately feel the friendly atmosphere. Created first of all by the staff, then by a pleasant and concise interior.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy, pleasant smell, comfortable air temperature, which you can adjust yourself.
The breakfast is at the highest level, suitable even for vegetarians.
The room has a TV, Internet, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom, refrigerator.
Thank you very much for your hospitality!
I liked the hotel very much, at first they rented it for a day, but after checking in they felt comfortable in the room, and extended it for another day. The lobby is beautifully furnished, the staff is friendly, answer all questions, and the breakfasts are delicious.
I liked everything very much. The rooms are clean, tidy, and beautiful. There are all the amenities.
The staff is polite, helpful, friendly. The breakfast was very tasty.

It's not a very pleasant area.
People who know what a Russian service is will understand me.
The room is "worn out" by the guests:
The toilet lid is broken on the side
The toilet was poorly washed, unpleasant stains remained on the walls
There are only local channels on TV, there is no Internet access. I asked to connect, the manager said that the TV does not connect to WiFi, probably because their Internet is weak.
Upon check-in, they were given only a key, nothing else, no additional information about the hotel, its rules, breakfasts and so on.
When booking, it was indicated that the staff speaks Russian, as a result, we had to communicate in broken English when registering.
If you have another option, choose it!
But if you do check in, ask for a room not on the 1st floor
