I stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve. Location 10/10. Very attentive 10/10 staff.
The rooms are warm and clean! Special thanks for the hot water!!! The only thing I would fix a little bit is breakfast. Not much to diversify.
I will definitely come back again!
We stayed for four nights. I put 5 for the ratio of price and location of the hotel. If you want a higher service, then pay more for the room.
From the good, Russian-speaking staff, they will help you call a taxi, answer all your questions. If you ask, they will change the linen and clean the room. The mattress was good, I got enough sleep, there is air conditioning, a powerful Breakfast of 5 manats.
What you need to be prepared for. The room and plumbing are "tired". Garbage is not taken out of the room every day. The audibility is strong, you will wake up at 8-9 in the morning, even if you did not plan to. Breakfast is simple, omelette, some curd cheese, butter, jam. But you're overeating. There is an expectation and reality from the picture. But I will say again that it is an excellent option for an excursion visit.
I do not recommend Cheating.
The hotel was booked, tickets were bought, I flew in anticipation of a great holiday. But upon arrival, it turned out that while I was on the plane for more than 5 hours, the hotel tried to debit the deposit from my card (although the payment was indicated "on the spot" and I was carrying cash to pay), could not do this, canceled my reservation and rented the room to other people in an hour. Moreover, the receptionist made a surprised face and told me that I canceled the reservation myself. But the letters in the mail restore the entire sequence of events.
They offered instead a room in another hotel of the same chain, but for $ 50 more expensive. The room was located a little further down the street, in some kind of dead room, no terrace or garden - you leave the room and find yourself in a dirty stuffy courtyard. If you want to sit somewhere outside the room, go up the steep stairs to the 3rd floor. That is, the conditions are much worse, but the payment is higher.
At first glance, the rooms themselves are clean and cozy. There are no windows in the budget room.
There was a feeling that the guys wanted to "sell" all the rooms in the hotel chain, including in not the most honest ways. I don't recommend it to anyone.
We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The room was economy, without a window, this is the only minus that did not bother me. The advantage is that the hotel is located in the city center. All attractions are within walking distance. And the biggest plus is the friendly, smiling, always ready to help guys at the reception.

- budget room, in need of repair, I believe that above the price category it would be cleaner and better, but I saved, I stayed for just one night.
Plumbing is already on the verge, the mold is only being sanded. A room without a refrigerator! All photos of shabbiness, dirt, torn mattresses, broken slats on the bed, and other defects are rejected, well, model the rest on the tap.
But the linen was well washed. Towels are less good.
I wouldn't find fault for that kind of money, but I don't like when truthful photos are rejected. It's better to pay and stay in a better place
There are scammers working at the hotel. Judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one caught. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that there was some kind of mistake in my reservation and they could not check me in according to it. Like it's not my fault, it's not their fault, it's the mediator's fault. At the same time, they see the reservation, they see the amount paid, but they can only check me in with an additional payment. That is, it's not my fault, but I have to pay extra money. I contacted the agent I booked the room with and explained the situation. After a while, the agent sent me an email and said that the representative of the hotel stated that I had decided to choose another room with an additional fee. For an additional fee, I was moved to another building in some dirty courtyard. The surcharge was then 12 manat, then 20 manat, then again (special discount for dear guest) 12 manat. Draw your own conclusions.
I would also like to note that two of the 4 administrators I had to communicate with speak English poorly and Russian even worse. There is no smell of 4 stars there. They recruited some boys to work during the summer holidays.
Great location in the city center. Price/quality. The rooms are tired but beautiful with large ceilings and windows. The towel is not changed, you probably need to constantly ask. There was no cleaning in the room for 3 nights. Breakfast is poor, for an amateur, so I used it only on the first day. But in general, the impression of the hotel is only positive.
The only advantage is the location and the price. Everything else has greatly spoiled the impression. Firstly, there are synthetic underwear in the room, which is constantly being electrocuted. Secondly, the maid was sick and coughing all over the floor during our visit, as well as talking loudly on the phone while working. We had to give up cleaning because we didn't like that a sick person would clean the room and sneeze bacteria. There is also a strong audibility from the corridor. The shower didn't work well, and the hair dryer didn't turn on at all. By the way, the hotel was renamed the garden inn
Luxurious. Everything is just around the corner. Nice courtyard inside and breakfast. Ceilings are a work of art. The staff is responsive . We had a room without a balcony. But I think where it is is cool
The main advantage is the price and the fact that it is in the very center of the city. Price gradation depending on the number of days. The staff is polite.
Disadvantages: Breakfast and synthetic underwear.
No one came to the room for a week of stay, even to change towels.
The breakfasts are bad.
Constant noise in the yard at night.
The iron was never given, only promised.
Great location. Five-meter ceiling with stucco. Some rooms have chic bolcons.
Of the minuses- a meager breakfast, there are no Russian channels on TV, often knocks out traffic jams and turns off the lights.
