The nicest hotel in Bukhara that I have lived in. Beautiful and cozy rooms. Delicious food. A large restaurant. The winter garden is very beautiful. A large swimming pool. Friendly staff. I recommend. The price is also good

An interesting new hotel in a quiet location near a sports complex and private villas. The historical center (Kalyan Minaret) is a 25-minute walk away. During the same time, you can walk to Mirzo Ulugbek Park. There are trendy boutiques, a large shopping center with a cinema, a children's park and various restaurants around. Delicious pilaf in the cafe "The pilaf" and "Magistral", although you will always be well fed in the hotel restaurant. There are many interesting places in Bukhara. Well-known Poi-Kalyan, Ark Fortress, Sitorai-Mokhi-Kosa, Labi-House, trade domes… This is for the soul, and for the body you can visit a hammam with massage, a green market, a beach with pools on the Tudakul reservoir. It is also useful to go to the Jeyran Nature Reserve.
The hotel is also good inside. You are greeted by lovely professionals who are ready to please in any detail. A spacious hall with comfortable furniture, a silent glass elevator, prints of photographs and paintings on the floors. There are also famous ones, for example, Leonid Afremov ... A wonderful garden on the way to the restaurant and a swimming pool where you can hold a professional photo shoot... Spacious rooms with French balconies with floor-to-floor glazing, a warm large (15-20 meters) 24-hour swimming pool, saunas, table tennis, gym, mini office, etc. Rooms with electronic keys, refrigerator, safe, smart TV, wardrobe with hangers, air conditioning, heating, coffee table and armchairs, comfortable beds... drinking water, coffee and tea are brought every day... electric kettle, cups and glasses are also at your disposal...sets of toothbrushes with paste, soap are brought daily in the bathroom shampoo and shower gel... cleaning and changing of towels daily. The rooms are equipped with slippers and bathrobes. 2 weeks ago I was in Abu Dhabi in a foursome, so there were no slippers and bathrobes🤷♀️…
Breakfast (included in the price) is a varied buffet. Delicious!
Of course, everything always depends on the human factor that creates and supports all this. It's nice to come to rest, and not constantly discuss with the staff about the quality of the services provided / not provided, but declared. Very nice, well-mannered and well-trained staff. Calmly, quickly and with a smile solves the tasks set by the visitors of the hotel. If necessary, they can arrange additional excursions or talk about local habits.

I didn't think there were such hotels in Bukhara. Very reasonable prices, good staff: they know their duties, are polite, friendly. The rooms are perfect, everything is thought out wisely, the conditions are perfect. There is free Internet, swimming pool, sauna, Turkish hammam, buffet breakfast, delicious food, cleanliness everywhere. I think I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

The pool is located downstairs, the door is often open, as a result, it is hot all over the hotel. There is no breakfast. The tennis table is set up so that I almost, taking a step back, did not break the wooden wall-divider space, tripping over a step.
The baths are cheap, made of acrylic. They raise doubts about their reliability. The shower hoses are short. The water is constantly changing temperature. There is no stand for toothbrushes and soap.
Plus, there are bathrobes.
The room was cleaned only after it was noticed that it was not there - although from 10 to 15 there was a sign asking to clean up.
The staff is friendly. The room itself is spacious. But the location is not the most convenient - to get to the center only by taxi.
There is a construction site going on around. It's very uncomfortable.

It's beautiful, cozy, but there are flaws. It was during the rainy season, the roof was leaking in the passage between the hotel and the restaurant and the path was all over the entrance. In the room on the second floor, I did not wait for hot water in the bathroom, I had to swim slightly warm. I don't know what happened to the sewer system, but the floor was all wet. By the way, when I chose the room, there was a sign with prices on the reception desk, so the employee tried to impose the most expensive one on me, and when she realized that I noticed the sign, she removed it. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. The hotel was chosen because of the pool. The passage to the pool is on a glass floor and a glass staircase. The ceiling of this part of the building is made of plastic sheets. There are NO limiters on the steps of the glass staircase. It was raining on the day of our arrival. The ceiling is leaking. There is no water on the glass steps and IT is VERY SLIPPERY. My husband fell on the stairs, and we spent time in Bukhara not sightseeing, but at an appointment with an orthopedic traumatologist. The pool did not make an impression. I was surprised that while we were in the pool, the cleaner was sitting on a sunbed and talking on the speakerphone. It's kind of unusual for hotels.
The room is large and beautifully decorated. A comfortable bed. We were in November, it was cold in the room, the battery was not working, but the air conditioner is running on heating. It's really noisy. It's very cold in the bathroom. And it's very slippery if water gets on the floor. There were three nights, the towels were changed once. Because it's cold in the bathroom, towels and bathrobes stay wet. There are problems with water - either there is no water, or it goes in "layers" from cold to boiling water. Tea bags in the room are not updated, but you can order tea from the restaurant.
The breakfast is very modest.
The Wi-Fi signal does not hold. You won't watch TV.
The hotel, as we have seen, is not very popular. There is a construction site in front of the hotel. The price, in my opinion, is greatly overstated.

When we were there, an employee set fire to a table on the common terrace and a fire broke out, but even this problem was solved by the hotel staff so that there was no flame by the arrival of the firefighters. But if you move away from the topic of fire and look more globally - the hotel has a large number of leisure options, I will highlight: a large swimming pool, billiards and saunas. There is also a cafe, which unfortunately does not have alternative milk, but this is a common problem in Uzbekistan

The hotel is newly built. Everything is beautiful-expensive-rich... but... Somehow they haven't come up with all sorts of little things yet, apparently... For example: they settled in a group, for the first two who settled in they were given business cards with a password from Wi-Fi, the rest did not have enough. The double room has one bag of tea, coffee and a toothbrush, but 2 sets of shampoo and towels, there were problems with booking with the hammam. And so, the prospects of the hotel are great, the main thing is to solve all these little things, but which really spoils the impression (And the toilet in the room is larger than my room)))
