At 21.08, Evgeny G. called and said that the order would be delivered within an hour and a half, in fact the order was delivered at 22.52, the courier did not call back and did not inform that he was delayed. The courier arrived in the car not alone, but with a friend / girlfriend. To my remark about the delivery time, I was told "It's all Shabans." I did not receive an apology, it seemed from the courier's tone that I should have sympathized with him! The receipt was not given to me, the courier had already gone to the car. I stopped him and asked for a check, he mumbled something. He took out the receipt machine and said, "IT PROBABLY WON'T TURN ON!"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't get the check, how is that?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let me remind you: When selling goods (performing work, rendering services) to a consumer, the seller (manufacturer, contractor) is obliged to issue him a cash (commodity) receipt or other document confirming payment for goods (performing work, rendering services) (clause 5 of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 09.01.2002 No. 90-3 "On Consumer Rights Protection" (next — the Law)).
Further, when I ordered goods for my dog, I got a total of 31.80. I know that free shipping starts at 32 rubles. The operator called, informed the amount and time of delivery, approx. She doesn't say anything about paid delivery, I myself decided to clarify whether 20 kopecks are essential before free delivery, to which I was offered that she would round up the order to 32 rubles and then it would be free, i.e. I would give her 20 kopecks or the courier, it's not about money, but that literate the specialist will offer to get some goods or, as a regular customer, will offer to deliver them. Well, the question is, how will these 20 kopecks be taken into account in the tax?In general, I myself asked to change to canned food with a slightly higher cost.

I bought fish, the aquarium consultant is gorgeous. He explained everything, told me everything. A vivid example is when employees are one of the store's trump cards.
There is a large selection of dog and cat food, a veterinary pharmacy, but a meager selection of products for rodents and fish. Prices are on average higher than in other pet stores
I will leave my feedback too. I ordered food with delivery in Belarus, called from the store, told about the delivery, made a discount on the card. Today, as promised, the courier delivered it.
Where's the catch? But there is none: food with a date until May 2020, the price is as on the website, delivery on time. The guys just know and love their job. I will continue to order. Thanks! A well-deserved 5
