I've been thinking for a long time about writing a review or not, because I don't like to leave bad reviews. I signed up for a laser hair removal procedure via Instagram, which is very convenient. There is also a website through which you can also sign up. They politely answered all my questions on Instagram. I was immediately confused by the answer to the question: "What kind of device is used for hair removal?". They didn't tell me the model, they just wrote that it was a diode laser. Well, then I didn't pay attention to it. The day came and I came to the salon, I immediately had a not very pleasant feeling as soon as I entered the room. Two small rooms, in which a lot of things are sketched, everything is somehow untidy, lying here and there. We went into another room, there is a comfortable upholstered armchair-table (I don't know what to call it correctly), they put a new film on top of me. Again, everything is lying around in this room. It turned out that epilation is not performed on a professional device, but on a portable Vilase diode laser epilator (as far as I could see). The procedure took no more than 10 minutes, taking into account the fact that the laser has a processing area of 5x5 mm per pulse. Not all my legs were treated as I expected. From the knees, 10 centimeters higher, well, and the shins. It came to the payment. When making an appointment, I specifically asked if it was possible to pay with a card. I was told that there is such an opportunity, but so far today the cash register has broken down, the masters are waiting. I signed up on April 9th, I thought that everything was fixed by 21. I didn't withdraw the money. As a result, the cash register did not work and paid via Internet banking, by replenishing the Halva+ card. It is very inconvenient that there is no price list with prices anywhere. Neither on the website nor on the Instagram page. How do you know that the price they told you is being told to everyone else? This is strange. In general, the impressions of visiting this salon were unpleasant, I will not vouch for all the other procedures that they offer. Maybe everything is fine there. But I'm not going there anymore, that's for sure.
I urgently needed to make a gel polish coating on Sunday, after calling all the studios, I found free time only in the Harmony studio, I was delighted and received an SMS with a reminder of the visit, I came for the procedure. Entering the room, dirt catches your eye: an unwashed cup and saucer on the windowsill, dead insects, stuffiness (lack of air conditioning), dirty floor (a lot of sand). The girl who did the manicure is very polite and pleasant, but she worked without gloves, masks, did not offer to wash her hands before starting the procedure, the girl did not unpack the cutters with me, i.e. I am not sure that they were processed at all, the scissors were processed. All these moments have already discouraged the desire to do anything, but I decided not to run away and while the master was removing the old coating, I asked to show a palette of colors, the choice is very small, there are not even some basic shades that even a novice master should have, let alone a studio. Not finding more than one suitable shade, I asked not to cover my nails with gel polish, but just to do a classic manicure. The girl was painfully removing the coating, in some places she sawed off the top layer of the plate a little, she did not remove the side on one nail completely, she sawed the shape not exactly, somewhere there was an oval, somewhere a soft square, etc. in general, everything looked bad, I did not ask to fix anything because it was just I wanted to get away from there as soon as possible. In general, I do not advise visiting this place, I do not know how the rest of the services are there, but I will never come there again. All of the above is my personal opinion.
