I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to all the nearby attractions. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and the service was impeccable. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool. What really stood out for me was the attention to detail and the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.
Great hotel. The rooms have new plumbing, excellent palace beds and mattresses. The towel and bathrobes are all of excellent quality, and there is also a safe. The bathroom has a huge shower stall, there are personal hygiene supplies (toothpaste, brush, cotton swabs, etc.) Breakfast at the hotel for four out of five. There is everything and porridge and vegetables and fruits, in short, you can safely eat.Why not five for breakfast? Because I saw much better, there is a lot to grow. The hotel has a sauna, a small room for relaxing after the sauna. A gym for training, without frills: a treadmill, an exercise bike, dumbbells, a bench, another good simulator, but very fashionable))(it's hard to figure out how to use it). While the exercise equipment is in the room next to the sauna. Maybe that's what it's meant to be. The hotel is cleaned every day, everything is on the level here. The disadvantage of the hotel is the location. Being next to a four-lane road, my windows looked in the opposite direction, I couldn't hear anything at all, no noise. Another disadvantage is that there is no metro nearby, the nearest station is five kilometers away. Taxi is really very cheap, Yandex taxi is 15-18 thousand soums to the metro. The bus stop is a minute's walk away, and you can get to the center in 25 minutes. Also nearby there is a supermarket and a cafe, fast food and local cuisine (tandoor, real delicious samsa) Plus the location of the hotel is fifteen minutes to the airport. I actually drove from the airport to the hotel by bus for 2 thousand soums. Being in the room is visible and audible ( not very loud )how planes take off. The conclusion is this: for a little money I got a modern hotel, in the center of this level it will be much more expensive. The next time I'm in Tashkent, check into another hotel, as there are a lot of them in the city. I want to see what else is there)) I will choose closer to the center or at least within walking distance to the metro station. Although it is more comfortable to ride in a taxi, you do not need to push down to the subway and so on. I wish the hotel continued prosperity, it is clear that the staff are trying hard to please. It's endearing.
We had a rest in October. The hotel is 20 minutes by taxi from the airport and from the North Station. The room is on the 4th floor, the Windows overlook the busy Ferghana highway, so the noise of cars is always present, even with the windows closed, I'm used to it, the noise is a little less at night. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, there are two bus routes, one to the Central Bazaar, the second to the TV Tower and the Center of Pilaf. Taxis are cheap, there are a lot of cars, traffic jams.
Double room, modern, clean. In the room: large comfortable bed, TV, refrigerator, safe, blackout, kettle, tea/coffee/sugar. Good bathroom, excellent shower, hair dryer, shampoo/gel/soap/various hygiene kits.
A buffet breakfast is served. From the hot: porridge, eggs, omelette, sausages, toasts, pancakes. Cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, fruits/vegetables, sweets, cereals, etc. It's enough for 4 days for a change, then it will be boring.
The staff is polite, friendly, and the cleaning is of high quality.
Near the hotel there are small shops, a pharmacy, local fast food EVOS - an analogue of McDonald's (we ate a couple of times, everything is fine).
In general, I recommend the hotel for a short stay, I liked it.
We stayed in the hotel for 3 days with a large bed.
Positively: Clean. New girl, room with a balcony. Very caring staff, friendly, always with a smile, will tell you everything.
There is tea, coffee, and water in the room.
Comfortable large bed, blackout curtains 3 layers (if you want to sleep) An hour of sauna or gym per day is free of charge. At breakfast there is BOILED coffee, milk porridge, omelette, sausages, etc.
Minus: maybe someone is too far from the center. It definitely didn't bother us, we had tour guides.
Prosperity to the hotel and kind, satisfied guests.
The hotel is new, everything is done perfectly, but the hotel does not have an owner. In 2023, the hotel was launched, but already in the sauna, the entrance glass door does not close due to the fact that the wooden deck was damaged, as a result, the temperature there is 60 degrees with 112 installed on the therometer. The wooden deck was not damaged yesterday, but no one fixed it. No one cleans the shower room in the sauna between visitors. I asked for water in the room - no one brought it. The cooler on the ground floor with drinking water does not work and it is not clear when it will work. That's exactly how every detail of the service in this hotel is - everything was planned well, but there is no owner, and the staff is just hiding and no one is doing anything. Another detail is an expensive elevator, it has an information panel, the time is displayed - and it is not right. And so it is at every step.
In general, it is possible to spend the night at a time between flights, it is unlikely to live for a long time - since in addition to a lot of unsettled conditions, there is an objective problem of the hotel - the highway, the windows of the hotel overlook it - the noise is serious.
Also on the 5th floor, in particular room 501, ventilation works in the opposite direction, that is, all the stench from the ventilation goes into the room - they did not immediately understand, but the rest of the stay opened the window to the noisy highway.
Great hotel, with nice rooms, very polite staff, always trying to help. The rooms are generally super!!! The breakfasts are very tasty and hearty. Everything is clean and tidy everywhere!!! I advise everyone!!!
A good, clean hotel, excellent staff, speaks Russian, breakfasts for 4, if at the beginning then for 5, but if you come completely, then I'm sorry what's left, next to the Kuylyuk market, everything can be bought and money exchanged, just do not go next to a Korean cafe, Chanson, it's called, go forward 300-400 metersthere will be an Elephant, there is real Korean cuisine there,if you go in the opposite direction to the intersection, turn left, excellent local cuisine
Nice hotel, clean, good fresh renovation, polite and friendly staff. Cool mattresses and pillows on which you really relax. Buffet breakfast, both adults and children will not stay hungry. Perhaps the only disadvantage is the distance from the center, but the availability of taxis and the subway compensate for this.
Thank you for your hospitality!
Great hotel, clean, cozy, good staff! Good location. The hotel has been open for a year! They accept dollars as payment, Union Pay cards do not work.

The best hotel in my entire trip to Uzbekistan!
Absolutely everything has been thought out in the room, it is very convenient. The water pressure is excellent, high-quality cleaning, the split system maintains the necessary temperature in the room.
Professional, unobtrusive staff.
A great, varied, delicious breakfast.
This hotel in Tashkent has raised the bar so much that no other hotel in Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara has been able to get close to such a high quality of services.
Good luck and prosperity!
The hotel is located not far from the airport. It is convenient for transit or for a couple of days. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The price and quality of this hotel.
A new, cozy hotel. The staff is polite and helpful. Clean, spacious room + safe. Great breakfast! A little remotely, but for those who do not care, I recommend it!
A good hotel for your money. It is quite clean, the staff is partially friendly and the rules of check-in change from a particular employee. In general, it is not bad, I will not lower my rating, because I do not know a better hotel for this money in Tashkent.
A good hotel, gorgeous large beds, breakfast is included in the price, all plumbing is new, I really liked the hotel, one minus is far from the center, but there is a bus stop opposite the hotel, there are many buses to different parts of the city and they are air-conditioned.
Very mixed impressions - I can't give a very high rating on the one hand, on the other - the hotel is extremely good for its price. I went out hungry from breakfast, like my daughter, but my husband ate too much. I really missed the usual scrambled eggs, I don't like omelets, but there was only him. But these are my preferences and my tastes. The bread is different, but if you don't eat it today, they will bring it to you the next day. But at the same time, a beautifully decorated hall, cozy rooms, cool beds, on-call cleaning with a button on the doors at the entrance (they did not immediately find it). The staff is very helpful. In short, if the area suits you, breakfast is not very important, but you like comfort - the place is good.
A good new hotel, it's only a little far from the center, but the rooms are at a high level, clean, beautiful, expensive, rich, there is a gym, a massage room and a dry sauna.
Minuses:
1) Payment is charged immediately upon arrival. In my case, the card (local, issued in Uzbekistan and stable before that in other places) for some reason was not read at the reception (we tried it at two terminals).
2. I booked a double deluxe, I was first shown to a deluxe room with three single beds, I showed a photo of the booked room with one large bed, then I was shown to a standard room with a large bed. But it was paid for by deluxe. I asked for the number that was paid for. As a result, they gave it to me, but they could have done without this tour of the hotel.
3. The hotel is located on one of the busiest highways, if you need quiet to sleep, look for another hotel. All deluxe rooms, according to the hotel employee, go out on the road.
4. The TV and the light in the bathroom did not work in the room, I asked to fix it, nothing was done in 20 hours (my request was simply not sent to the audience)
Positive:
1. Close to the airport
2. The hotel apologized for its mistake and sent fruit to the room
3. Clean and fairly new room stock
4. An acceptable breakfast, even better on weekends than on weekdays
Nice big clean hotel. Breakfast: buffet with a wide variety of choices. Cleaning on demand.
If the windows overlook the road, it is quite noisy. And the neighbors can be heard through the interior passage.
Excellent, newest hotel, comfortable and inexpensive. The breakfasts are excellent, everything is new in the rooms, very clean, carpet on the floor, TV with wi-fi.
The hotel is clean, the toilet room is free of unpleasant odors. The double rooms are a little small, the beds are too narrow. The breakfast was simple, but everything was delicious. The restaurant is small.
Nice hotel. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. Taxis are very cheap in the city. Yandex works (but be prepared to pay without change, most often taxi drivers do not have small money). The staff was attentive, there was everything you needed in the room.
On the downside, it's a little noisy.
The breakfast is normal, in general you can have a hearty meal.
We stayed at this hotel, we chose for a long time according to the reviews of 2GIS and buking com. I liked everything, from the hotel itself to the location, from the service to the breakfasts. My child asked for milk at 12 o'clock in the morning, went down to the restaurant where they gave me free and even warmed me in the microwave. Great guys at the reception 👋
The hotel is good, only the administrators are stuck at check-in.
But at the same time, pleasant communication has always helped. The rooms are clean. A separate respect for the cleaners.
I was on a business trip in April 2024, lived 8 days in this hotel, I liked everything, breakfast was included in the price, the guys at the reception helped with all local issues, in the flesh before the exchange of the national.currencies.
Clean, cozy, good fast service. A nice price. Good sound insulation. One thing was strange: the price is called in dollars, but dollars are not accepted.
The lights were periodically turned off, the generator was turned on (smell and sound, respectively), the room itself was clean, spacious, but the overall impression was 3. A convenient option for connecting flights, because the airport is 15 minutes away. The staff is polite.
The hotel is super, I advise everyone.
The staff is polite!

Good afternoon, I do not advise you to visit this hotel , I was disappointed. The first thing that upset me was that after 7 hours of absence from the room , it was not cleaned , they came to an unmade room , without detergents and clean towels , a bag of garbage lay in the room all day . The second thing is that upon check-in , we clarified with the staff that we would check out early , is it possible to assemble lunch boxes at 6 a.m. , for 2 days I reminded and the staff nodded their heads promising to organize lunch boxes , but in the morning on the day of departure we were told the cook was asleep and given bananas . If we hadn't promised, my family and I would have thought of alternative options without hopes for a hotel. The location itself is not convenient in terms of distance from the center , it is also far to get by bus , metro .
Cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff, hot washbasin in the toilet (it's generally super))) a varied and delicious breakfast, next time we will try the spa
