Well, we booked a house (tent), rested for 3 nights. We felt great in glamping during our stay.
Food.
Buffet, a large selection of dishes, sweets, salads. Personally, I liked it, everything was delicious.
Entertainments.
For myself, everything is included. I wanted the maximum chill without strain, I got it (also settled close to the bar). There is also a BBQ area on the territory, a sauna (there is nothing to say, a sauna is like a sauna, but among a decent forest), animators, etc.
Staff.
Everything is simple here - topchik guys, I wish you further development.
Room.
We settled into a tent house next to the bar. The room has a sofa, a bed, a table, a dryer, a table, air conditioning, a bathroom. Personally, our room was clean, without joints. Who is interested in the number 401. Other guests have heard constant complaints about rooms, mold, lack of Internet. But damn, we didn't have all this, the Internet worked fine, there was no mold.
By the way, there are quite a few shield bugs here, these guests are standard forest dwellers (at least in the south), they don't particularly fit into tents, they are harmless to humans.
Of the cons.
Personally, I expected a quiet, peaceful place in the forest, but yes, with the presence of a bar and pools, it would be difficult to achieve this, and for the most part after lunch I had to listen to someone's conversations and laughter. But again, it all depends on the vacationers, there is definitely not a minus of glamping.
I recommend visiting glamping, if you need to get to the sea, the guys have a bus. I do not attach photos, everything that was posted earlier is relevant.

This is a great place to relax with your family, there is everything there: a swimming pool, a sauna, a children's animator, karaoke , a sauna, when we checked in, we got a distant house at our request, the girls from the reception were replaced with a more suitable one for us, thanks for this to a girl named Astanda, there was also an administrator Olesya with whom we talked while we were doing with the children massage , a very sincere administrator , and of course our favorite waiter , so we have known her for the third year , she is just lovely , we do not remember the name of the bath attendant , too, a very good guy is always in order there and the vat with hot water is always crystal clear , in July we met a maid named Irma , she is also a very nice person , I want to say everything there they are very friendly to their guests, in September we also met Alevtina, she is an accountant there in the evening we had sincere conversations, thank you to everyone who makes our vacation wonderful, about who writes that it is noisy there, I want to say right away the music is there strictly until 23:00 and it did not bother us in any way

For Abkhazia, it is a great place to relax, top-level food, fresh air, there is a sauna, spa treatments, an animator for children, clean, cleaning every day. We rested for 8 days, the sea is not close, there is a transfer, but only 1 bus, did not fit, did not go to the sea, there is no road, the road is broken, on the first day they took us to the beach and a sign fell on me,although they met us and said you are safe here, the man himself led us under this sign, my head was pierced, sewn up, and the sea, and the sauna, and sunbathing and alcohol were forbidden, the rest was of course spoiled, I did not receive an apology, of course, now I am undergoing an examination in Moscow. We came across a house next to a construction site, you wake up to the sound of a hammer or an electric saw, for 4 days they asked us to change the house, it is impossible to be there, our neighbors also complained about the noise, but they refused us, only after a scandal, we were offered a house in the center of the forest. At night, so that you understand, drunk young people walk and yell, there are no walls, audibility is 100%, no one makes comments, the administrator said it depends on the contingent, nothing can be done. The food is excellent, but they come with animals, carry them in their arms over the food, respectively, there is wool in the food, dogs also sneeze at this food, the guests then swear, make remarks, and the hotel is on. There is no entertainment, only for children. The pools are not large, adults cannot swim, but children are happy. I liked the idea of a bonfire, the mafia around the campfire is fun, but it would be better without children, moms react inadequately if a child drops out of the game. We still need to entertain the children separately. There is no dress code either, you can go naked, no one will tell you anything.
They concluded that it is dangerous to come here, God forbid an accident, no one will help you, we are strangers to them. Be careful when choosing holidays, especially with children!

Wonderful vacation in the mountains with magnificent views 10/10
I went to this place for solitude with the forest, but I got more!
I got a great company and a lot of positive emotions.
🌿Accommodation. We got a secluded tent. It was only audible when someone turned into our tent.
There are pillows, a shower, a bathroom in the tent - everything is fine. Cleaning every day, the cleaner promptly replaced our towels upon request.
🌿Territory. A huge territory resembling some kind of Abkhazian jungle (eucalyptus, reeds and other plants)
There are hounds on the territory that disperse cows and jackals. We have never seen a jackal. And cows were seen every day, there are a lot of them in Abkhazia as a whole.
There is a restaurant, a reception, a volleyball court, a children's playground (no babysitter), 3 swimming pools (one heated and one small), two bars in the main restaurant and by the pool, a campfire area where mafia games take place.
🌿Buffet meals. The table is small, but there is always a choice and variety. Everything is very tasty, especially I was pleased with a huge plate of smoked cheese)
The animation follows the concept of a quiet day/a noisy day.
The program is scheduled until 23:00. After this time, the staff makes sure that other guests do not make noise.
🌿Staff. In a separate block, I want to highlight the entire Garuda team, which tries every day and creates a cozy atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Many thanks to animator Lisa for a rich and varied program, morning exercises and excellent music.
I thank the entire team of bartenders from 3 people who not only pour quickly, but also know how to support, cheer up and make a great company. They also make specialty cocktails)
Vitaly is the soul of the company, always monitors the situation at the disco and quickly resolves all conflicts between guests.

Have a good time! The impressions after the rest were only the most positive!!! The very location of the glamping on a hill and at a distance from the city of Sukhum is a great idea! Beautiful mountain views, amazing nature and clean fresh air will captivate! The attitude and work of the glamping staff is very catchy, everyone is very friendly, good-natured - thank you so much for a wonderful time and your attention to our rest, you are great! The food and the bar are worth mentioning separately - everything is delicious, I want to try every dish and every cocktail as much as possible! :) the atmosphere itself has a positive effect on the whole holiday and on every guest, including! Separate tent houses are a very cool solution - in fact, you have a separate room in the forest and there are no neighbors nearby, which allows you to retire, the air conditioning in the room saves you from the heat very much, which makes sleeping easy and comfortable! I also really liked the entertainment programs, which are different every day and at this time it is possible to communicate more closely and get to know other guests, not without alcohol, of course :) the important part is the playground with pools and sun beds. Given the local climate, water is something that saves a lot, besides there is an opportunity to sunbathe here! There are three sea transfers every day - the sea and beaches are clean and well maintained, the water is warm in July, so we devoted a couple of days only to the sea :) Also, the most important point is the opportunity to go on excursions from glamping, which leave a lot of wonderful impressions about the country, climate and nature. A great place for a family holiday (including pets). Accommodation, food, service - everything is at a very good level. The territory is spacious and clean. A separate joy is the opportunity to visit the sauna at least every day for free. The only conditional disadvantage is the distance to the sea, but the transfer works properly, or you can get there without problems on your own transport. I highly recommend it!

Hello, everyone. I chose among several hotels in Abkhazia and decided to visit this glamping, mostly because of the All-inclusive concept and what I can say in the end - I definitely recommend it! But about everything in order.
- Be prepared that the road from Adler to glamping will take a significant part of the time. It took me about 5.5 hours from the moment I landed in Adler to the reception. On the way, we stopped at passing hotels and gas stations to drink coffee. Despite the fact that we drove quite fast, there were about 5-6 passing hotels. I assume that if you take an individual transfer, the journey will take much less time. By the way, the way back was faster, we rushed home in 3.5-4 hours.
- Here we are. The reception building is pleasant, clean and with friendly staff. Upon check-in, they will tell you everything, explain, and try to answer any questions that arise promptly. Special thanks to them for this.
- I liked the food very much. It is enough to eat and drink, considering that two hours are allocated for each meal. If something ends, then additional portions are taken out. Everything is delicious, varied and enough for all guests. Drinks are also varied, from tea / coffee to alcohol, and quite good. The waitresses do not interfere, the dishes are cleaned throughout the meal. The bartender at the bar pours on request. Thanks to all the staff of the canteen.
- The rooms are great. The beds are gorgeous, the mattresses are soft, the linen is clean and fresh. The room has everything you need, even small things like soap and soap sets, slippers and a shoe sponge. Moreover, in addition to the bed, there is also a separate folding sofa and chairs on the veranda for evening gatherings.
- Infrastructure for 5. 1) 3 swimming pools with a bar in addition, where you can lie on a sun lounger with a cocktail in your hands. Thanks to Arthur for his sincerity and understanding, from the bottom of my heart. Most of the events (Mafia, disco, watching movies, etc.) take place on the same site. Elizabeth tries here and she does it well, thank you (I hope Zakhar finally managed to play for the mafia)); 2) volleyball court; 3) playground; 4) chic baths with 2 vats with cold water and a heated vat is a separate pleasure. The bath attendant is beautiful, does his job perfectly; the area around the campfire. Gravel paths are scattered everywhere from houses to infrastructure.
- The road to the sea by transfer bus, goes back and forth 3 times a day, but it has already been written about in the reviews below, there is nothing to add. The beach is urban, with city sun beds and a bar. Accordingly, they are not included in the "all inclusive". Although the beach itself is very good.
- The dogs on the territory are friendly, they mostly sleep during the day. You can also meet cows. Bedbugs come across, but it's still mostly a forest area, so that's okay.
- There are disadvantages, but they are insignificant. I hope they will be taken into account and finalized. 1) An incomprehensible smell in the bathroom after a night out, perhaps the hood does not fully cope. 2) I still wanted a better playground, she was tired. 3) the coffee machine in the dining room sometimes did not pull out the amount to drink coffee.
In conclusion, we can safely say that this glamping in some aspects can compete even with Turkish hotels in similar concepts. Firstly, it is not as hot as in Turkey. Secondly, you do not need a passport to visit. Thirdly, there is almost everything for recreation. Fourth, communication takes place in Russian, you understand and you are understood. There is no hint of a tip. Will I come back here again? Anyway, yes. Plus, I want to visit other Garuda hotels, I've heard that they are also good.

I would like to highlight the work of the staff - the chefs, well, they cook very tasty and beautifully; the cleaners - try, smile - well done right (we had Fatima, a wonderful person and cleans very well)!; the bartenders - can talk and make a delicious cocktail; We are here for the 4th time and we will not stop there, as a travel agent and a traveler with a lot of experience - I want to note that you need to look for such facilities in Abkhazia, the work is built in the European or Turkish manner - that is, to entertain the guest (animation team), and give a delicious meal (all inclusive), and give a wonderful place to stay - which has everything from bathrobes to toothbrushes brushes, air conditioners, etc. But I would like to draw attention to the weak link - usually both to ourselves and our tourists, if there are any wishes, we write in advance to the hotel, of course, the booking department responds - if possible, we will take into account, and if possible, they take into account! But here, twice before arrival (in June and in July), we wrote wishes for the location of the tent - it is important for us to stay away from the outskirts (usually everyone writes closer on the contrary), so we did not understand what the problem was. Two times in a row we were given exactly the opposite of what we asked for, I went to the reception, said that I would rather spend the night at the reception than where we were booked - and miraculously, the tents where we needed them were free! If they were not there, there would be no questions, but was it really difficult to give what was available without problems! I would like to express my gratitude to Victoria, who was at the reception and quickly changed our room! But why couldn't it be done right away? We are booking this season for the third time this autumn 2024, I hope that something will change in this regard! Since everything else is perfect!

Everything is just great! My son dreamed of relaxing in the forest, I at the sea, and so we found a place where all this came together. We read the reviews and decided to go. We were from 06 to 12 October, we were very lucky with the weather, there was rain and thunderstorm once a week. The sea is stunningly clean, I liked the beach more than in Gagra. Of the minuses - there is no bar on the beach, and sun beds from the hotel, maybe they will take into account in the future. But this does not affect my assessment in any way. The food is good, especially the son was satisfied. For me, there is not enough fish, I only had it 1 time and I wanted watermelon and melon for breakfast, and not for lunch and dinner, but it's just small things. The place is gorgeous, like in a fairy tale, especially in the evening. Bathhouse, font, vat, everything is great. A special vape is a trip to the sea by bus, the roads are dead, the bus is rare, but thanks to the humor of the driver, everyone begins to communicate in the minibus, talk, get acquainted, it was fun, hello Misha! And special thanks to the bartenders Arthur and Eric, as well as animator Lisa - they created a special atmosphere in this fabulous place)) We miss you already, we really hope to see you next year. At the moment, I am resting in this wonderful eco-friendly hotel, Garuda Glamping! Without exaggeration, I can call this place a paradise on earth! Comfortable accommodation in tents, beautiful nature around, a varied and delicious buffet.The price includes a sauna , I also really liked it, but I would like more vats, because quite a lot of people gather there . I also really wanted the management to consider the option of settling according to certain criteria , for people who need a quieter and more relaxing holiday - away from the pool and bar , for people who want more noise and music in the evenings - closer .

I don't go to tent cities, but I'm ready to live in this one. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail. The facilities are like in a hotel, and the walls are made of an awning. An excellent combination of forest and buildings.

One of the best places I've ever been)
The territory is well maintained, rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is responsive: the administrators solve any issue, the bartenders make delicious cocktails, the waiters clean the tables in a timely manner, the chefs cook deliciously🥰
A wonderful animator Elizabeth entertains guests from morning to evening: in the morning, games by the pool, then various activities for children and adults: yoga, stretching, karaoke, disco, guitar songs around the campfire and much more.
A cool bathhouse with a cold barrel in an atmospheric place surrounded by trees, where birds are constantly singing!
Guests can choose from various excursions, horseback riding, free shuttle service to the sea!
The room has a large bed with orthopedic mattress and snow-white linens, slippers, bathrobes, towels, shower accessories, toothpaste and a brush.

I wanted to write a review. I thank Garuda Glamping for such quality of service and hospitality! The food is very tasty, the staff are kind and friendly people. The cottage in which they lived is beyond praise: clean, everything is new inside, including the bed and snow—white linen - a buzz :) The house was cleaned and kept clean every day, it was nice. The rest in Garuda was like a fairy tale! You are in nature, in the mountains, the silence is pierced by the singing of birds and the murmur of a mountain river and, at the same time, the comfort of accommodation and food is comparable to a five-star hotel. Daily cleaning in the house, fresh water, delicious and varied food, high-quality alcohol. A sauna is a special world, with always good temperature and steam, barrels of cold water, a vat of hot water. Cleanliness and order everywhere. The staff is very sincere and open. I would especially like to mention and thank Olesya for the work of the administrator. She is very professional and friendly to every guest of the glamping, Makes it possible to feel at home, caring and attentive.
My husband and I thank the organizer and the Garuda glamping team for the opportunity to spend a great vacation, improve our health with the best impressions.

A unique and amazing place. Beauty, nature. The staff is friendly throughout the glamping area. 50 tent houses, which are located on the mountain. The house has a chic bed, snow-white linen, bathrobes. Kettle, safe, air conditioning for heating and cold. On the territory there are two baths in white and in Black. 2 fonts with cold water and 1 vat with heating (super). A complex of 3 swimming pools, where water aerobics, exercise, water polo takes place. In the evenings, movies, campfire songs, and sports events are organized. In a word, for every taste. The food is varied, you can't remember everything. Everything is very tasty. The management of glamping regularly comes to check, meets with vacationers. I liked everything, especially thanks to the chefs, they cook awesome, they feed delicious and a lot. Nature, cleanliness, infrastructure are also great.
Cleaning every day, towels are changed every day, and water is poured.
I took off the ball because of the administration. When checking in, unfortunately, we came across an unpleasant receptionist, unfortunately I do not know her name, but I remember that she was with her daughter.
We went in, said hello, and I took out my passports to check in. We are waiting... there is zero reaction to us, she was talking to some young man and continued to talk to him. Half a minute has passed, she looks at us, says: let's get the documents. I.e. she didn't even say hello. Zero initiative. She didn't tell me how to get to the house, or where the dining room was. Although spending half a minute and having a brief acquaintance with the database - in my opinion, it is important and immediately endears oneself and creates a trusting and positive attitude. At the same time, she could not give us change and forgot about it, we had to remind her. The other receptionists always greeted each other, wished them a good trip when they left and asked if everything was okay.
Another of the disadvantages is that we periodically had the smell of sewage in our tent, but here it was like our joint, we had to contact the administration, I think they would have come up with something.
The place is very good for me, everyone was satisfied, we had a great rest! Small nuances did not affect the wonderful impression!

We are in Abkhazia for the third time, we stayed in many places. And Garuda is absolutely the best of all places! It will be especially appreciated by residents of large cities who want nature, the beauty of the mountains, and the noise of the river. Three all inclusive meals a day is just a bomb for those who come with children. Everything is cool and very diverse. Children have a lot to do — from dancing and karaoke, to watching movies and campfire gatherings. The houses themselves are very cozy, cleaning is daily. Super comfortable beds, sleeping like nowhere else! Employees have a special respect. Garuda glamping is the most spiritual place in Abkhazia! We will definitely come back 🫶🏔️🌊

That year, the quiz / please melody was conducted with the division into teams and filling out forms. There was a competitive process. And this year it feels like the animators don't want to bother.
They are not visible at all until 4 o'clock, they do not carry out any activities. But on the other hand, the schedule is right full every day, but full of fictional events. There are no animators at all, and there is also no uniform (as it was last year)

The whole family of 5 people had a rest in August 2023. The impressions are very interesting. This is an unusual, not a beach holiday, as we are always used to. There is 100% privacy with nature here. But there is also a transfer to the sea, to the cool Mocha beach. Transfer 3 times a day (9-30, 10-30, 15-00 - to the sea and at 13-00, 14-00, 18-00 to Glamping. You can take a taxi 1000 rubles. That was enough time for us to enjoy the sea. The food is generally good, you will not stay hungry, but do not count on delectations. Cereals, vegetables, salads, meat, pastries, fruits, drinks. The bar is also good, there are two of them, on the pool and in the restaurant. The drinks are good, local, decent. Cocktails from bartenders are great. Just like life in the forest, you often heard the howl of jackals, it's just a song, it's fascinating. I must say it's not scary, it gives color. There are 4 very smart hunting dogs guarding everyone throughout the territory. I don't remember the breed, but they are big and smart. During all this time, we have not once been disturbed by uninvited guests. There is lighting everywhere on the territory at night. There are baths, very good. Animation for children, and games for adults in the evening too. In general, a very interesting vacation. And now I want to advise the owner what I would add: for the road to the sea, the issue seems to have been resolved, next year it will be renovated; add a little to the menu of baby food such as nuggets, pizza and add snacks at bars throughout the day (to beer and wine); make evening animation longer, not with 20-30, and at least from 19-30 for children, and from 20-00 for adults. And it is necessary to organize a disco at least 1.5 hours every day. We haven't had a disco in 8 days. Yes, games are also interesting, but I also want a disco. But these are purely my wishes. Therefore, it's just like wishes, but I liked everything so much. The administration is clearly trying. I wish you guys good guests, and you are not slowing down in your development. So our next vacation in this wonderful place has come!
This is not the first time we have rested here, and without exaggeration I will say that everything is at the highest level, starting from communication when booking and ending with a stay for the entire holiday period. Kind and helpful staff, delicious food, cleanliness and comfort of houses (daily cleaning), swimming pools, sauna, massage and SPA, entertainment program of animators will not let your children get bored, and bartenders Vitalik and Arthur who unite all guests at the bar and create the most cheerful atmosphere of relaxation will become your closest friends! Karaoke, dancing, dancing around the campfire, it's a real buzz here!!! The hotel is located in a very steep place in the mountains and do not be confused that the sea is far away, they will take you to the sea, there are no problems, everything is free! ))

Apparently the hotel decided to change the concept. In terms of nature, accommodation, tents (beds, pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is good), food and spa, there are no complaints. But all this splendor can be spoiled by one ... tell me why when you promise silence, tranquility and solitude with nature to arrange discos and karaoke every day, out of 7 days, 1 day was a movie and then you can hear it for all 13 days. And after discos and karaoke (two hours of singing seagulls and those to whom the bear has opened their ears), you listen to the puking neighbors and how they fall down the stairs and scream while they go to their rooms.
The first impression was that we would come more than once, but now definitely not. If you are with children, then get ready from 20:00 to 24:00, they will not sleep, just like you. Disappointed …

I was surprised by such good service! All employees are friendly, try to solve any issue. I liked the location of the houses very much. And everything is neat and clean inside.
Of the minuses: the audibility is strong - you will not fall asleep before 23:00 until the entertainment program is over. And if the weather is already cool, then the air conditioner does not warm up the tent. We were at the end of September, at night the nose froze a couple of times. But the blankets are very warm)

I'm writing a cool review, no one asked. This is the right choice in life when you have exceeded all your expectations. Here, the perfect combination is not just price / quality, but the quality is much higher. But I'm talking about more... there are the coolest people here, so hospitable, which we haven't met anywhere else, that's a fact! This is the most valuable thing for me, people above all else. But here the service, the dishes, the territory, cleanliness, comfort are not inferior in any way. Everything is on top!
but!! Unfortunately, there are also disadvantages that I would not like to keep silent about ... this is that it is always sad to leave here ((( we were one of the first guests here after the opening and returned here again! A lot has changed, and of course for the better, but people are still nice. We left with tears, joined here as a family. This time we got even closer, I will roar so that a waterfall of tears will flow from the mountains.

The best staff I have ever met, sincere people will help, support and cheer. The food is very tasty, the buffet is excellent for every taste and occasion. They pour it perfectly too) A diverse and good selection of excursions, a rich program of the day, everyone will find something to their liking.There is also a sauna in which everyone can steam , there is a sauna in both white and black, several warm pools.
This is a fabulous place, even jackals howl at night, and the dogs that guard the site chase them.Ants in houses are a common thing that did not bother us in any way, we live in the forest. Very beautiful and atmospheric territory of the hotel

We rest for the second time. In 2022, they were before the official opening. A lot of things were unfinished, but it was amazing. Cool atmosphere, mountains, silence, awesome Swedish line. Everything was delicious. Cartoons for children in the open air. In 2023, alcohol was added to all inclusive and the kitchen was very spoiled. Good afternoon, everyone! We just returned from Glamping, we were at a wonderful event of the Intourist company!
This is a wonderful place, we woke up every morning to the singing of birds.
Tents are equipped, everything is there, mattresses and textiles are just a fairy tale, I did not want to insert them from the bed.
I would like to mention the SPA complex separately, I went through the evening in the Russian bath with scarabbing and soaring brooms, bathing in fonts and a noryachy vat, as in the fairy tale about the ‘Humpbacked Horse". If you want to improve your health and rejuvenate yourself here, in conclusion there were meditations with Tibetan bowls, everything is just fabulous.

The music is screaming at all the base. We stopped at house number 303 on October 3 and came across a disco organized by animator Elizabeth for 4 drunken guests. The disco takes place on a square with a swimming pool, next to about 20 houses. It sounded like it was in the next room. They turned it off only at 11 pm, they made it quieter after talking to them with obscenities, it was enough for 15 minutes.
The most annoying thing is that this is the initiative of the anamator and was repeated the next day, but we have booked until October 20 and there is nowhere to go, all the hotels are occupied. What's the point of going into the woods and drinking like in a nightclub with screaming music, I don't understand. I will drag the exit to the founder or director, because otherwise the place is great, but the gladiator Elizabeth, who does not have a curator, ruined the whole vacation.
