The situation: 08/07/2023 at about 22.30, we stopped by to fill up the car and buy coffee, two employees did not even have time to approach the door of the gas station, they did not even say hello! and they did not politely say that with a dog (we have a Pomeranian Pomeranian 2.8 kg) you can not drive inside from the door! pointing to the badge (I'll attach a sign below on the door, dog walking is prohibited😂) at the same time, the dog was in our arms, we said that we were not planning to release it in the gas station, to which we were told that there was no and that was it, then we also denied and argued, just a disgusting attitude!
If the management of the gas station reads this review, it would not hurt to train employees to communicate politely with customers!
We came to buy coffee, I said politely: good morning, but I did not have time to order, as the cashier immediately got rude, it seemed to her that I had been choosing coffee for a long time: it takes you a long time to choose a coffee, during this time (is it 2 seconds) I could have ordered coffee for myself 10 times already!
