07/25.21 my last visit to this gas station. the service is disgusting, the girls have nothing to do with it, the fish is gnawing from the head. namely, incompetence, lack of literacy, lack of competence of the head of this particular gas station, to dismiss and punish such a person. the girls are sewn up, there is a huge queue all the time, today one cashier served everyone, about 15 customers, who for gas, who for gasoline, who for goods, and so on. as a result, I spent about 30 minutes refueling and waiting for the receipt. and so it is constantly a mess, then they will lose the receipt, then they will mix up the columns. dirty gas, gasoline is like in the 90s. there is no fuel quality, and no maintenance. 2 cashiers is not enough in this area, every 2nd consumer will confirm my words. not everyone writes comments, and I decided only from the 10th time, probably. few gas stations, and those that are, ate alive, as if they were forced to work. the only plus is the product range.

The gas station is good, but today (05/16/21 at 11:30) there was a very rude and ill-mannered cleaner in the women's bathroom. I asked if she would finish cleaning soon, to which she began to be rude to me and tell me to talk to her only in Kazakh. I think I behaved adequately, but every time I make sure that most of the time, the staff does not know how to behave.
