The food is very tasty. We ordered some kind of salmon toast and Madame's croc. Orange juice and two coffees. We were served by a very nice girl with perfect facial skin 😅
I liked that there are a lot of different breakfasts here. In Russia, there is not even such an abundance of choice in establishments.
And these guys have an ATM that holds Russian cards. Yesterday we were in a French restaurant and our card did not pass there, we had to lower the rating. Everything was just perfect here! Thanks

Заведение не плохое, правда вряд-ли сюда вернусь. Персонал очень приятный, вежливый, сидели на летнике, как стало холодать сразу вынесли пледы. Интерьер красивый, всё чисто, аккуратно, столики стоят близко, но не впритык) есть второй этаж. Меню в виде qr кода, но можно попросить вынести бумажный вариант. Как мне показалось не такой большой выбор ( По еде ничего особенного сказать не могу, айс капучино было вкусным, но т к резко похолодало пожалела что взяла. Также панкейки с мороженым и фруктами, было вкусно, оформление очень красивое. Моей подруге не так повезло, она брала матчу и салат с киноа, ничего не понравилось. В целом дорого и не всё идеально.

Rather, the staff was hooked here, which, quite uncharacteristically for Astana, is sincerely interested in the guest and knows how to communicate with this guest without feigned helpfulness. I think it's worth checking again whether it was the factor of the waiter who served us or whether it was the systematic approach of the institution.

The only nuance that amused me is that there are water glasses on the table by default.
However, when we asked for water, they brought us a liter bottle at a price of 700 rubles ... very strange)

Cozy cafe, good location. Nearby there is a place to park, which is a big plus for this area.
Everything is clean and beautiful. The staff is helpful and courteous. The coffee is delicious, the service is fast. The place is ready for a pleasant conversation over a cup of coffee and cakes. The prices are reasonable and correspond to the service.

We could not arrange a place for 5 people, they refused to move the tables, they did not offer an extra chair to the table, there were no options, a very sullen young man was in the morning. The hall was empty, only 1 table was occupied. It's a pity the place is good, the service failed.

The impression is that they tried to make the place luxurious, but in fact an ordinary coffee shop....it's annoying that the staff is slow. They also didn't let us sit at the table next to which we were, apparently the administrator decided that the girl liked this table, otherwise she didn't sit there anyway 😁
Well, there is not even a desire to come anymore, the waiters did not show any loyalty and the administrator came to sort out the little things, but a weak two…
