We were with my wife at a gastrofest. I really liked Seth. They started bringing dishes in 10-15 minutes, although the hall was full. The girls worked very fast. The service is polite.
The dishes are clean.
It was a little cramped and there was trouble with hangers, but this is normal for a gastrofest.
There is parking nearby.

An interesting place in the city center, but very little space, cramped. We visited as part of the Gastrofest in the 4th. I liked the salad, main course and dessert very much, but the soup somehow did not impress, it was too salty. The service is excellent, everyone is friendly, but there are questions about the dishes, the martini was brought in a regular glass and some dishes were on the stop.

A place with delicious food in Vitebsk, in the two days that I was in the city I ate only here. I really liked the pasta with shrimp and pancakes with mushrooms. If you do not know where to have a snack, feel free to come here, I recommend it. Even in Minsk, it didn't seem as delicious as here.

Once again, I am convinced that everyone's "delicious" is different, they waited for an order for a very long time (I don't know how you can cook pasta for an hour, and even more so a cake); the chocolate cake tasted disgusting (like cheap icing: butter + cocoa + sugar grains), so also stone that it was difficult to break it impossible.
The teapot is tiny (2.5 cups), the tea itself is packaged. Oolong is not oolong at all. In addition, I want to note that there are few tables, they are so close to each other that you can hear everything and everyone. The chairs are not comfortable. I don't think I want to come back here again.
