But I was surprised by the commodity expert, who insisted on all the claims: everything is in order according to the documents. When we suggested that she try this tea herself, she said that food items were non-refundable. She had not heard that there was a Consumer Protection Law that allowed her to return goods of inadequate quality or require a replacement for the same product of proper quality. I would like to ask the store administration a question: why do such incompetent, inadequate specialists work in the Central Store, which is a kind of showcase of the capital of the Republic of Belarus and has a high rating among customers?
