A small place with a cozy atmosphere. A steak and related products store. There are several tables where you can enjoy a steak with fine wine. We ate horse meat steak and it's divine: it's not greasy, without veins, the meat is the softest, melts in your mouth!

I visit the Gaucho restaurant very often. Incredibly tasty and cozy. Without noise and pathos. A great place in the city center if you want to have a hearty meal and have a quiet time with friends. The check is very democratic. I recommend it to everyone - you will be satisfied.

The waiters are very responsive, the service is moderately fast. The food is generally not bad, but the burgers here, apparently, have only been seen in pictures. If I had been given one at a gas station, I wouldn't have raised an eyebrow - in general, it was even delicious, but I didn't see a cutlet with a grill or a hot frying pan, it looked more like it was from the oven, and some kind of minced meat was wrong, but the lyrical component of the burger was without complaints. Borscht, on the contrary, is not bad (only the cabbage is painfully large).

I will immediately answer why not 5*. Only because of the level of the interior, there is a "taste and color" for everyone, but I think that for such delicious meat and dishes there is a great lack of a more interesting, unusual interior.
The owner is really very worried about his dishes and the quality of products, you can see how he himself is sick of "meat", attends courses, improves the skills of his chefs (I watch them on Instagram).
So for delicious meat, shawarma in the pit and all meat, definitely here. I highly recommend it.

There is quite a wide selection of steaks with pictures according to the degree of roasting, if I did not understand this, it would be a good help to me. I ate Rib Eye without bones, 4+ out of 5 points. Because the roasting is not uniform over the entire area of the steak. Garlic sauce is served with the steak, which harmonizes very well with the meat. I will probably try other types of steaks on my next visit to Almaty. Oh, yes, I almost forgot the steaks themselves can be chosen to your taste from the showcase and that's what they will cook for you. There are few questions about the interior, but there is dust and cobwebs in places, apparently a bunch of technical staff-the admin is poorly working out.
