The next day there was a bride's wedding in a small hall, salads on plates were minimal, cuts were also minimal, the only beshbarmak was excellent, only one air conditioner worked, also could not cope with the area. On the 7th, it seems that the owner of the restaurant has mourning in his family. The manager calls me on the 8th and asks me to change the hall to a smaller one.
The spouse arrives, they show the hall on the FIRST floor. We agree.
At night, 22:08, the administrator writes to me that he is out of town, another administrator will lead us. OK.
I'm writing to him in the morning to clarify everything. They ask me, is this an event in the basement? Let me remind you that it's 9 o'clock before the event.
We begin to find out everything, it turns out THAT THE ADMINISTRATOR SHOWED THE WRONG ROOM.
They want to put us in the basement. The spouse is driving, watching-it's terrible. Room 2.10, with green walls, painted. Sealed with putty. Ventilation pipes are hanging.
The husband is in shock, swearing.

They transport everything themselves. The event is taking place.
The hall is dirty and dusty. Apparently the restaurant is not working.
We have the most expensive package per person. Some of the dishes were missing, some were not. There was no buffet. The hall is icy.
