The house of merchant Aleksey Stepanovich Gavrilov, the founder of tobacco farming in Semirechye. It was originally located on the corner of Gogol and Nazarbayev streets. It was moved and restored to a new location in the 80s during the construction of a high-rise building. They've quietly got their hands on it now. They made a tavern and a clothing store. The story and the attraction are over.
