The employee who answers the phone behaves uncivilized and boorish. She offered to do boiler maintenance 2 months ahead of schedule. When asked why so much earlier, it turned out that they were still so "accommodating" because they did not take the money to reissue the contract to the new owners. How is this even related? It turns out that you either pay another 25p for a new contract, or agree to cut 2 months. It's like some kind of blackmail. We did not meet the client halfway, we did not hear. I do not recommend working with this company. We will look for other contractors. It is a pity that the management does not care about the reputation of their company, so you will lose all customers.
