I will not recommend this contractor to the enemy! At the conclusion of the contract and payment to employees, it was possible to give an Oscar for acting. Three weeks after the payment, it finally dawned on me that the movie would be interesting. Summary: everything is rude and three-storied, starting from the workers and ending with the Director; according to the terms (in accordance with the contract) - everything is at the last moment, interests (namely, the schedule) The customer is not taken into account from the word at all; when excavating the trench, it turned out that the workers did not have shovels; pipe welding equipment was expected for 4 hours; they were not trained to ask where the garbage was on the site, but they were awarded the talent to shit exactly where they stand; drilling a DSP under 10 stud 16 with a drill bit on concrete - what is the level of competence?; there are voids in the vent facade and you can only drill into the crate - there is no understanding; as a result, the DSP sheet is damaged, a puncture in the membrane, the studs are drilled into the crate crookedly at an angle of 45. Epic: after installing the pipe, the "tractor driver" handed over the documents, demanded to sign the acts and pay the remaining 1100 rubles in cash... Dear, how can I comment on this?!
Then it sounded in words that the Customer digs the pit himself. The customer naturally replied that this was not spelled out in the contract and he did not have a license for this type of work. The Contractor's representative rudely made it clear that they would be able to "help" with the pit only for a separate cache.
