Very low service. Very low! Like in the 80s. But the gas is good. There is a toilet, but outside. Coffee machine. No more additional services. The sales operator is not visible in the window for some reason, the glass is darkened so no one has been working for so long. It turns out that the management does not care about the clients completely. There are always queues, you have to wait a long time. But the staff as a whole works more or less. However, there are no conditions! It is absolutely necessary to change something in the direction of customer orientation, the management should think about it. And the regulatory authorities, it's high time to change!
