08/25/23 the first shift - please teach the operator manners. We arrived to refuel, got out, walked away from the car and watched from a distance so that I would not make a mistake anywhere (I teach my wife to refuel the car correctly). At the end of the refueling, my wife went to turn off the filling hose, and I came over to pay (I also gave the documents). What did I get for: "You actually need to turn it off right away," despite the fact that by the time the operator opened her mouth about this, the pressure had already been relieved and the wife was hanging the hose in place. And then, "Do you even know where the passengers should be?" to which I explained that I couldn't send her alone to refuel yet, she was studying and I was looking after it. The answer was a masterpiece: "So you will drive on gasoline." This is me, dear ladies and gentlemen, I cannot convey in text the tone and expression of this person's face when she said all this. Believe me, if she had said it in a normal tone, then I would not even have paid attention and went on with my business. And so, sorry, dear operator, but you are a boor.
