There is always one cashier at the entire gas station of this network and very slow service! Not the entire range of consumer goods, who chooses the assortment and according to which system is a mystery!
The quality of gasoline is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired: I refueled my car on September 17th and 25th. The GAS station staff CATEGORICALLY REFUSED TO FILL UP WITH A BONUS CARD!!! On September 17th, a guy who refused to introduce himself told me that their terminal was not working, adding that "this is not my headache. What do you want from me?" The spelling is completely preserved. On September 25th, at about 16.30-17.00 h., I came to refuel, presented a bonus card, explained to the girl operator that I wanted to refuel half with a bonus card, and half with cash to change the card, because it has been with me for the 6th year and periodically does not work, maybe it has demagnetized, maybe the expiration date is out. Without even listening to me to the end, rudely interrupting, the operator girl began to tell me in an edifying tone: "Come on a weekday and they will change your card, but right now it's a day off and there's nothing for me to stick my card here." The spelling is completely preserved. I'm 51 years old, and this girl is old enough to be my daughter. As always at this gas station, she did not introduce herself, she did not have a badge on her. When I refueled for cash, then inserted the bonus card into the bonus accrual device, for some reason she began to wonder: "So you wanted to replace the bonus card? Why didn't you tell me before?" Although I tried to explain it to her at the very beginning of the refueling. And she said all this in a dissatisfied, edifying tone, like a guilty child, in the presence of other clients. What is going on at this gas station anyway?!!! Why are young people who are old enough to be my children so rude, refusing to serve on the card? Will someone from the management be able to clarify the situation?
