Good quality gasoline, but the staff spoils the face of the whole company. There are arrogant cashiers who do not know how to talk. They are always playing at the checkout discussing their topics. Often a person without a uniform comes across, so I understand the manager who is playing and apparently does not understand professional ethics. In a word, the impression spoils.
Good refueling, service at the level. The product is always in stock. The coffee is bad and does not meet the set price. The management needs to work with cashiers on the topic of politeness in customer service. The girls are nervous, perhaps the work is difficult
Everything is fine except the prices in the store. They are unduly overestimated - by two or even three times. I think if the margin was made less, the passability would be higher.
