Today, on October 7, 2024, at the polyclinic, at the registry office, after standing for three hours, I was refused a ticket to a narrow specialist for registration of a disability group, based on the fact that they have one specialist and she is on vacation until November and that they do not care where I get a certificate of completed examination for the group by October 15, in this regard, the rights of the Disabled are completely violated, the person will be left without means of livelihood, since the disease is severe and he has been on sick leave for 14 months, eight of which he was in the hospital, and according to the law, he was given documents for disability assignment in the hospital, and since there are obstacles, he will remain without sick leave and in connection with as a group and without a pension. I ask that all those responsible be brought to justice without delay. The rights of a DISABLED person are completely violated in the DPR. Or should we raise the Urals, what are they doing here with their countryman. I am writing to you with words of sincere gratitude for the care and attention given to me by the staff of the Department of Eye Microsurgery of DoKTMO, where I was treated in March this year.
The coronavirus disease that I suffered in February 2021 led to complications that required my treatment in the eye microsurgery department. For almost a month, I received conservative therapy and surgical treatment in this department.
I would like to note the sensitive attitude of all the medical staff of the department, high discipline, cleanliness, order and patient care in the department.
I would like to express special gratitude to Oleinik Tatyana Viktorovna, MD, Professor of the Department of Ophthalmology and thank her for her high professionalism and skills, kindness and sensitivity.
Separately, I would like to mention my attending physician, ophthalmologist-surgeon of the department Zubko Anna Vladimirovna, not only a well-formed qualified specialist, but also a sensitive, truly kind and responsive person. Anna Vladimirovna is always friendly, attentive and caring to her patients and they reciprocate her feelings. This attitude is especially valuable for patients with visual impairments who are extremely sensitive and require special attention. While being treated in the department, I had the opportunity to observe her tireless care for people, active participation in the operational process, and nursing of patients. Despite her work schedule, Anna Vladimirovna can be seen at the patient's bedside, in the operating room both late in the evening and on weekends. This attitude of a young specialist to his work is especially pleasant to me, as a colleague, and allows me to say that we are being replaced by a decent generation of doctors.
