The level of remote customer service leaves much to be desired. Why do we need buttons on the site "leave a request for consultation / test drive /trade-in - our specialist will contact you" if it does not work? The specialist will not contact you. As it turned out later, the application for a test drive was probably shoved into a back drawer, because when we called the salon ourselves, it turned out that the desired model was not available. Calling a potential client and explaining the situation is probably too difficult a task.
