We arrived from another city, it turned out that we arrived a little earlier than 7, the receptionist gave us two coffee coupons and asked us to wait, they said that in 20 minutes the manager with whom we had agreed would be free.
We waited for 30 minutes without any problems, got tired of waiting, went down to find out how much longer we had to wait, the administrator was no longer there, the manager was already talking to another client (who came later than us), we waited for another 15 minutes, finally he invited us, we sat down at his table, and he approaches another client and starts talking to him 🤦🏼♀️

I ordered a car here, waited exactly three months. The attitude of the managers in the salon is no. You come in, they don't pay attention to you at all.
