We took 40t.km on time, gave out a car at the agreed time, Denis the consultant worked with me, was polite, brought in my opinion complete information on working with the car, a 10 percent discount was a pleasant bonus. Upon arrival, I did not immediately realize that Hyundai was serving Gili, but the staff helped me navigate. The waiting area in the cafe is not bad, free drinks are offered right at the reception. You can't say anything about the service here, because you don't see it, in most centers there are screens that show the work process. In general...I can't say anything bad, it seemed to me that it was at least 4.5 years old. Of course, parking is too small, a lot of cars are occupied by a trade in, you can organize a trade in another place, because there is no place for the client to put a car.

The first thing that pleased me was the absence of queues for two months. I called on Tuesday. They offered time for Wednesday. I postponed it to Thursday because I wanted to put the protection of the crankcase, it was not available but on order for up to 5 days. It was easier to buy it yourself so as not to waste time. They recorded it with the installation of protection at 16.00. They did it in two hours and talked.
In general, I was satisfied. The prices are +/- the same in comparison with other official Geely services.

They change their shoes in the air, come up with reasons for refusing warranty repairs on the go, ignoring all the provisions of the service book. The warranty engineer indicated mechanical damage without even going to the car, was not aware of the issue, just filled out the documents as he wanted. Maintenance is not carried out according to the regulations, the points are filled out from the dummy.
Don't even expect any inspections, participation in the client's problem, or reactions to adequate arguments.
