I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the attitude towards customers. I contacted the master with a problem in the phone, he diagnosed a processor malfunction and replaced it. At first everything seemed to be in order, and I paid the full cost for repairing the phone with all data saved — 250 GEL. However, in the evening of the same day, problems with connecting to the network began: constant departures and very low Internet speed.
The next day, I informed the master about a new problem. He agreed to take the phone back, but immediately warned that he might have to reset the phone to factory settings and flash it, which could cause all data to be lost. At the same time, he will not return part of the money (I remind you that I paid for the repair of the phone with all the data saved).
Then a series of disappointments began. The repair dates were constantly postponed without any notification, I had to remind myself in messages or personally visit the salon. Two weeks later, when I returned the phone to the salon, I asked if the phone would be ready in a week? To which the master replied, "I think it will be ready for tomorrow." The week was coming to an end, and I wrote to the master why the deadlines were delayed, and also asked him to tell me exactly when I would be able to pick up the phone, and that's what the master answered my question. The fact that I need a phone in the coming days is not his problem (although I warned him a week in advance), my phone model is problematic, and I do not refuse to fix the problem (which arose after its repair), I am not alone in the repair and everything is being done within the queue, and he was sick for a week, so what kind of I may have complaints. However, I don't quite understand what kind of queue we can talk about when I brought the phone for repair almost a month ago. Plus, before payment, I had not been warned about any queues before and repairs were done quickly.
My dissatisfaction grew, as thoughts appeared that due to the full payment for services, the master lost interest in solving my problem and postponed work on my phone in favor of other orders. This feeling intensified when I visited the salon a month after returning the phone to the salon and found out that the master had not been able to solve the problem with the network and would flash the device, although he stated about flashing the phone in the first days after I returned the phone and said that he would first flash and then watch how the phone would behave further but a month later I still haven't flashed it, which leads me to an early conclusion.
As a result, the master had the phone for the first time from June 18 to 22 and then from June 23 to August 1, but the problem with the network was not completely solved. In addition, he returned my phone to me with noticeable damage — the paint under the camera broke off. When I asked why this happened, the master replied that it was "normal" and even expensive brands like Samsung often have this. In addition, according to him, the phone cover had to be removed and put on many times, although I doubt that it needed to be done so often. After all, I returned the phone only once.
The repair lasted more than a month, the phone was returned with defects, but the problem was never fixed. I highly recommend not contacting this master.

The phone was ready on June 22 - 4 days later, which is ahead of schedule. You picked him up the same day. The main goal - to restore the functionality for data extraction - was successfully completed.
The next day, you reported performance and network issues. I personally checked the device and found that the Internet speed was low, which caused delays in downloading. This could be due to both your Wi-Fi settings and the fact that the problem may have existed before the repair. Nevertheless, I suggested two solutions: a partial refund of the amount (since you could extract all the data you needed during the day that you had it) or continuing to work on the problem at no additional cost, provided that we extract all the data before handing over the phone, since for diagnostic purposes it will need to be flashed, which implies deleting all data and in this case, the refund is not relevant, which is logical since the data remains with you.
You chose the second option, and I continued working on your phone. Unfortunately, due to uncertainty about the causes of the unstable network, I could not give a specific time frame, but I tried to stay in touch and inform you about the progress of the repair.
In conclusion, I will say that the main task of restoring the phone's functionality and extracting data has been successfully completed, and I do not understand exactly what your claims are. you initially handed over the phone in far from perfect condition and at the same time with a cracked protective glass and for clarity, a small area of paint has moved away from old age not under the camera, as you put it, but on the back plastic cover next to the camera unit and If there were any problems, we could discuss them and find a compromise because at the time of issue You didn't have any complaints about the device!"

In fact, there was no choice: either leave the phone with a network malfunction, or transfer it to you again for re-diagnosis and troubleshooting, which was initially absent. I also clarified that there had never been any problems with the network before. It was unlikely that this was due to my Wi-Fi settings, since you yourself noted network problems during the testing phase after I returned the phone. But despite this, they handed me the device, assuming that it was an old problem. Considering that you noticed failures in advance, there is no question about Wi-Fi settings, since you had the same symptoms before handing the device over to me.
Secondly, it remains unclear to me how the poor condition of the phone is related to small cracks on the protective glass. At the time of delivery, the back cover of the phone was in good condition, and there was no significant chipping of the paint that occurred after your repair. The problems with the paint started only at the final stage, when I picked up the device, and the phone was going almost in front of my eyes, because of your urgent departure. What was the real reason for the chip? Is the materials old or hasty in assembling it and returning it to me as soon as possible before leaving the city? I also want to point out that I always kept my phone in a case. Regarding your comments that I only needed the data: I did not claim this. Saving data was certainly important, but I turned to you for a full repair, assuming that the phone would be fully functional after replacing the processor. At the diagnostic stage, no one reported that problems with the network or other functions could occur after replacing the processor, so I, like any client, counted on the normal operation of the device.
Additionally, I would like to note that information about the need for flashing and possible data loss was announced already during the repair process, which would have influenced my decision to contact you if it had become known in advance.
In addition, the terms and conditions of the repair, as well as the situation with queues, became unexpected for me. As a client, I expected clearer planning and compliance with deadlines, so that there would not be a situation when I have to find out the details at the last moment or repeatedly come to check the repair status. I also want to draw attention to the fact that I was not warned about possible damage to the device case. Now, in addition to the unresolved network problem, I also got cosmetic defects on the phone, which negatively affected its appearance.
Initially, I really did not make a claim, since you immediately informed me that a refund was not possible. I hoped that after fixing the network problem, I would be able to close my eyes to other shortcomings. But since the problem with the network has not been solved, I felt it necessary to share my experience so that future customers would have a complete understanding of the possible outcomes and working conditions.
