Low service and constantly being cheated. In March, I bought a laptop charger, less than two months later it stopped working. when buying, I clarified about the warranty, although the seller is Russian-speaking, he pretended that he did not know the meaning of this word. Then I clarified, if there are problems, whether it is possible to return or exchange. The seller assured that there are no problems, bring it. I was alerted by the fact that they didn't give me a check, but in principle I was already used to this in Azerbaijan and believed it. 2 months after purchase, the charger suddenly stopped charging. I brought it to the store, but the person who does this was not there and I was offered to leave the charger. Also there in the store I called this seller, said that the charger stopped working 2 months after the purchase. a couple of days later I called back to find out what was wrong with the charger (despite the fact that they promised to call me back, but okay). I was informed that the charger burned out, come and change it, but bring a laptop to check. I arrived, checked that the charger still does not work and offered to buy a new one. allegedly, they have a 1-month warranty (apparently the seller still learned this word after the purchase) and cannot change it. why was it necessary to delay and not say even when returning the charger to you that the warranty is 1 month and you will not be able to change it, regardless of the reason? Why did I wait? why was it not reported at the time of purchase that the warranty is 1 month? after all, how can an original technical device have a warranty period of 1 month?? being a person with a technical education, I asked to clarify for what reason the charger burned down, without having mechanical damage or traces of improper operation? but I also didn't get an answer to this question, the seller just said that he didn't know. the only excuse from the seller is that other companies have no guarantee at all. but I bought the charger from you and gave you the money, I am not interested in the warranty conditions in other stores. I might as well say that other stores have a 1-year warranty. and in general, after what happened, it's completely tactless to offer to buy a new charger from you. you have deceived me more than once, provided low-quality goods, forced me to waste my time on you and expect me to buy a charger again? to come for a third charger in 2 months? the seller said that the charger is original, but even when buying, he was confused by the fact that the manufacturer's logo is only on the charger itself. usually, the manufacturer packs the original devices in the original packaging. After I took the charger, I decided to open it. seeing this crooked soldering, I was convinced that this is far from the original. at best, Aliexpress. Lenovo is a world-renowned manufacturer and will not allow such soldering. so as a result, another deception. In general, I planned to replace their keyboard and clean the laptop, but now I'm not going there. what I do not advise others to do
