Хороший ассортимент товара. Удобный подъезд и вместительная парковка. Грамотный персонал. Умеренные цены, с учётом скидок (в небольших магазинах районных центров Берестовица и Мосты товар стоит дешевле процентов на 10-15).
Низкую оценку ставлю за информацию с сайта. Смотришь наличие, приезжаешь, а тебе говорят, что товара давно нет. Это переворот наверное. Нужно сделать инвентарзацию. За чем мне столько информации. Я приехал и потерял время.
Как итог, развернула и принципиально не пошёл дальше за покупками.
Прошло три дня. Информация на сайте так и висит. Из чего делаю вывод, что это нечестный маркетинговый ход. Заманить покупателя.

In other departments, they prompted and explained everything, for which I thank them very much, next time I will write to the complaint book, work better with the staff on these problems, especially with the girl who works in your tile department with shoulder-length black hair.

The joint ended up in the store, and we ran back and forth and reissued everything everywhere! Most of all, the refund box office was impressed, we talked only with two girls and they proved to us who owed whom what in a dissatisfied tone, in raised tones, as if we were to blame for something! Instead of communicating politely and tolerantly! The cost of the tiles was the same, as a result, they also paid extra for the recalculation! I understand everything, everyone makes mistakes, but for some reason customers should run back and forth, and not the one who messed up, also along the way listening from employees that no one is to blame! Огромный выбор товаров для ремонта. Есть, практически все что надо. Персонал не очень приветливый, но если спросить, то подскажут. Скидки и акции достаточно сомнительные. Только 13% по пятницам с бонусный карточкой, которую можно купить в самом магазине. Расположение относительно неплохое, рядом с автовокзалом. Доставка есть. Раньше была бесплатной свыше 300р, сейчас, вроде, её нет. Нужно уточнять.

Наверное лучший строймаркет в городе. Огромный выбор. Почти всегда лучшие цены. Хорошая скидочная программа. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Любая девушка-продавец в зале расскажет вам все о продукции своего отдела: будь это обои, розетки, сантехника или инструмент! Рекомендую однозначно!

Магазин стройматериалов. Отличный магазин. Выбор просто удивляет и по сравнению с ОМА выигрывает в разы. Ассортимент больше и дешевле. До Материка не дотягивает по ассортименту,но также дешевле.

They gave me a check , told me to go outside to pick up an employee . I went outside , the employee was nowhere to be found . I returned to the information center , went to look for an employee . Then they started looking for a ladder. They searched for 30 minutes, but in the end she was nowhere to be found. Not in the window , not in the warehouse .
It turned out that it was simply sold to another buyer. As a result, I spent about 60 minutes of my time and went home without my order. Not the competence of employees . Negligence . Disgusting attitude to the buyer . In no case do I advise you to place an order in this store .

I bought putty, three bags of Acrylic Putts, kneaded it and after ten minutes the formation of stones began, and so in all three bags, I looked at the expiration date normally, but apparently the bags were kept damp, so not proper storage!!! I bought a similar putty in another store, it's a pleasure to work with it, even after 30 minutes nothing happened to it, it just thickened a little!!! So I think that I will not take any more dry mixes in Gem, this is not the first time something bad happens!!!!
