The food is cooked very tasty, really a delight.
But there is a comment and a wish for the institution - this is the greeting of the administrator! In addition to the chef, the administrator is a very important person in every restaurant. Guests should be met, offered and escorted to a table and, at the end, ask if they liked everything and invite them to visit your restaurant again. The image of the institution is formed from such trifles!
Special thanks to the cook, only thanks to his kitchen I will definitely come back again on occasion!

Very tasty!!! We were with the family, everyone liked everything. The portions are large, the prices are average.
I really liked the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, quiet and not noisy.
They also waited an average of 10-15 minutes, drinks were brought quickly.

Hello, having visited this establishment for the first time, we hoped for an incredible atmosphere and delicious dishes. As a result:
- The location of the establishment is not bad.
- Are the toilets closed and how to get into them without asking aloud in the common room?! Hang up the sign and leave the keys with the normal key rings on the counter. I don't really want to feel awkward.
- The waiters look neat, but not attentive. There is no service as such. They brought it and left completely. The room was empty, but when they wanted to ask for the bill, they had to distract him from talking to his friends, since he did not respond to words and gestures about the request.
- When the order was made, my young man was served all 2 dishes, and I sat and watched for 12 minutes as he wanted to eat, but he was uncomfortable. They didn't bring me anything but water.
- How can there be so much fat in the dishes? It's an incredible amount, having visited different establishments and cities for the first time I see this.
- It tastes like a solid 3 out of 5. Not bad, but there is no desire to return.
We learned about the establishment from the poster of the gastrofest, but decided to visit it later - outside of this event. It was probably only at the gastrofest that people tasted the refined dishes. Because I don't recommend just coming for lunch or dinner.

I visited this institution with my wife and was pleasantly impressed! The staff is polite, the cuisine is delicious. Yes, there is an expectation, but it's worth it. It feels like khinkali is not just cooked frozen, but made upon your arrival, which is a big plus! So we can wait. I have only positive impressions of this restaurant, everything was great. I ordered ostri and pomegranate beer, everything was brought very quickly. I was worried about ostri, because after my vacation in Georgia it became my favorite dish, and there was a fear that ours would not be able to cook as well. I was worried for nothing, it was very tasty, and I think that all the other dishes in this restaurant will also be able to cook well. I liked the beer too, it was unusual. I suddenly wanted a meal, I found a Genatsvale restaurant on the map.
I can't say anything bad about the service, we came right up and accepted the order.
I ordered Kharcho and Georgian bread.
The wait is 20 minutes.
The grub turned out to be completely tasteless.
There is no salt, no pepper, no tkemali at all.
Just tinted broth with rice and 2 pieces of meat.
The bread turned out to be stale.
Maybe I was just unlucky with the dish, but I write as it is.

We went in for lunch, we wanted to eat soup. By 14 o'clock, none of the three soups are on the menu. It's a shame, but okay. We ordered rubber hearts, they don't chew. Beer was ordered 0.5, 0.3 was brought instead - it also ran out. That is, they brought the most tasteless leftovers, they didn't even apologize. There's no one in the hall, how could it all end? Pomegranate beer is a nightmare, it is impossible to drink, it smells like alcohol, it feels like it was taken in the worst pub. We didn't ask if we liked the three-star service. Well, at least they'll read it in the review. We do not recommend it, it is a pity for the money and time spent.

Among the advantages, a wonderful picture with interesting lighting in the center of the hall creates a proper entourage and, together with a table and chairs, even somewhat resembles the famous "Last Supper".
Khachapuri: slightly over-dried and the cheese did not mix with the egg. I'm also used to having cheese in the crust, although the dough is delicious. You can serve it on a slightly larger plate, it will be more effective.
Dolma is not very tightly wrapped in a leaf, you can have a little more minced meat, although juicy and fragrant.
Khinkali with cilantro is great! The broth is delicious in them. But again, put it on a plate more carefully, and not carelessly artistically.

The decor of the interior is solid 4, the staff is restrained without unnecessary shaking by 4+, the serving speed is beyond praise with confidence 5+, the cook has definitely cooked them more than once and knows exactly how they should taste 4+, the average check is 40 percent higher than in the city. The only negative, but I don't want to remove the star for it, it's very stuffy in the room (maybe there were some problems with ventilation that day)

Khinkali with coriander are over-salted, I will only note that it feels like they are really cooked before the arrival of guests, they do not cook frozen.
Khinkali in Adjarian is just a shock.
The filling should be at least 3 cheeses, but at least there should be suluguni and something from cottage cheese. But those are one suluguni and so that it is impossible to stir the yolk in the filling!!!!
The dough is 2 times more filling, which is also not a traditional performance.
Yeast is felt in the dough, which means it intervenes quickly.
In general, there are certain unchangeable postulates of Georgian cuisine, but these dishes here, especially khachapuri, do not correspond to the generally accepted norms of Georgian cuisine in Georgia as a whole, Minsk, Gomel, and other cities.
I saw a similar review about khachapuri from another visitor, I regretted that we did not get acquainted before ordering.

We came with a friend to this place for the Gastro Fest on 04/18/24. All the dishes of the set were brought to us at once. As a result, the hot became cold by the time of eating.
We ordered an additional chicken kebab, which the staff simply forgot about and we took it with us, did not even eat.
Lobio from the set is not tasty, it does not look like a Georgian dish at all.
