Concerts are held on the observation deck, there are several cafes, a little more shops.
If on the way, then come in just like that, I don't see the point in going there, only if for the sake of interest.
It's pale yellow everywhere, if you want to buy, but you have to bargain everywhere.The same product is downstairs in Naama Bay, I don't see the point in overpaying, it's easier to go down and buy downstairs.
