Great hotel! Warm, clean, cozy, courteous staff, good prices! Great restaurant!!! Everything is very tasty! Live music! And also a wonderful sauna complex!!!

I stayed at the General Hotel during a business trip, the hotel is cozy, there is everything you need. The rooms are clean, the sound insulation between the rooms is normal, but it's quite noisy from the street, because the hotel is near the highway. I lived in the room "Africa", everything seems to be in place, but it's terrible dark, some kind of pot hangs on the chandelier, because of which there is practically no light. Although the rest of the rooms are bright. In the morning there is a delicious breakfast. The staff is excellent, polite, always help if there are any questions.

It was very cold in the room. And in the morning, the hostess of the establishment refused to take an order at the restaurant if we did not order hot food, and we wanted to drink hot tea!
