We, employees of the automobile House "Ukraine", would like to inform you about the facts of long-term and systematic theft of the Ukravto Corporation by chief engineer Yu.a.Chubovsky.
Abusing his official position and your trust, Chubovsky Yu. a. for many years :
- he stole construction materials that were purchased by the management for the reconstruction and repair of buildings and the courtyard of the automobile House "Ukraine" at 90 Stolichnoye Shosse and used them in the construction and decoration of his private houses and purchased apartments.
- I constantly used the vehicles of the ad "Ukraine" enterprise for personal purposes. For years, every day during working hours , he drove an official car to the village of Varovichi , Kiev region, Vasylkivsky district, where his houses were being built, and to the Osokorki district, Sadovaya Street, 153 in Kiev, where two more of his houses were being built in parallel. As well as repairs were made and his numerous purchased apartments were finished.
- used subordinate employees (locksmiths, welders, plumbers, janitors, cleaners, etc.), forcing them to work for free on the construction of their dachas and make repairs in his new homes and apartments. He intimidated all the workers subordinate to him with dismissal. Some employees who did not want to work for him for FREE were dismissed from the company .
During the period of theft of the Ukravto Corporation , chief engineer Chubovsky Yu. a. built 5 three-story houses , purchased 4 apartments , bought a lot of land plots, cars, garages.
Only he worked in his family and received only an official salary. The construction of a new M-B complex at 90 Stolichnoye Shosse has been underway for almost three years. it still steals everything that can be stolen! No one controls chubovsky!
Also, for several years now, Chubovsky has been traveling outside the ad "Ukraine" during working hours with a cleaner Nadezhda Karaulnaya, who works
on Stolichnoye Shosse, 90 for personal pastime.
He also has two lawsuits since 2021, in which he is a defendant.
Employees of the automobile House believe that the behavior of the chief engineer Chubovsky Yu. a. for many years negatively affects the atmosphere in the team. They also believe that you support their actions and give them permission to steal and use employees for their own purposes with impunity! Please bring Chubovsky Yu. A. to justice and stop his brazen behavior!
