A useless structure. About 20-25 years ago, a monument to the five-year plan was demolished at that place and the road was widened. They promised to erect a monument to Bogenbai. A couple of years later, they put up a concrete pedestal that stood for 10 years. As a result, the monument to Bogenbai was placed in another place against the candles. And here they stuck a copy of bayterek. In those years, everyone had a Baiterek in their head and our sculptors could not offer anything else. As a result, the area has about 5 monuments at a couple of intersections, some are appropriate, some were simply put up, apparently not knowing what to do, like this structure
