The hotel is located in Dadonghai Bay, near Pineapple shopping center, 15-20 minutes walk from the sea. We checked in immediately upon arrival at 12 p.m., the room is spacious, with a view of the shopping center and the school stadium. Pros - there is a bus stop nearby, a comfortable bed and good linens, daily replenishment of soap and tea supplies, the Chinese hotel guide Volodya always helps. The main disadvantages for me are that on weekdays, every day at 7:30, very loud music at the stadium woke me up (and I have a 6-hour time difference with Hainan) and terribly tasteless breakfast food (the lunchbox made me laugh, I attach a photo) I'm not fussy, but a good rest for me, in addition to vivid impressions, is also a normal sleep and food, and unfortunately this hotel does not have that.

I was in hotels in December 2019, foreigners are settled in certain floors and rooms because there are military bases nearby, breakfast is standard, my room was large with a balcony, it was quiet, only the pioneer bugle woke up in the morning, as if I had returned to the USSR, children were being collected at school for exercises. The hotel is located within walking distance from the Pineapple shopping center, near the fish and fruit market, near the school with a canteen, where you can have a cheap and delicious lunch and dinner, at the school there is a public transport stop, you can get to the city center. I took off 1 star due to the fact that the sea is far away, this is not the 2nd or 3rd line, there are naval military bases along the coast that need to be bypassed, there is no direct access to the sea.

Nice city hotel! The rooms are clean. The room has bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, kettle, hairdryer. They replenish the supply of drinking water in the room every day. A deposit is taken upon check-in.
On the downside: the staff speaks ONLY Chinese, the breakfasts are quite meager and mostly consist of Chinese dishes.

The hotel is generally not bad. But, the staff only speaks Chinese. There is not even a rudimentary knowledge of English. Online translators are saving you. The rooms are clean, although the doors on the balcony and in the bathroom are a little worn.

We stayed at this hotel in November 2018. There were 2 families of us - we got rooms in 2 buildings on the 7th and 11th floors. The view from the 11th floor is excellent, although it captures part of some military facility, but there is so much greenery around that it did not bother us at all. The rooms were completely different in condition. In 1 room, well-groomed furniture, new plumbing and quite decent repairs, in the other, everything is a little outdated, but it will do for life.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but there is a choice. Various soups (you just need to add different sauces, they really taste much better) like "doshiraka", you can choose to add noodles of different types. Rice with vegetables, pasta with sauce and absolutely not edible sausages))). The pastries weren't very impressive either, but they'll do for breakfast. There were unlimited boiled eggs in total.
The pool is located on the 4th floor level between the buildings, in November it did not have time to warm up and was only very cold. And the sea was also this month, it was cool for us +25 degrees.
The beach is a 20-minute walk from the hotel, through the Pineapple shopping center.
Not a bad hotel for non-fussy travelers.

We got a two-room room with a mountain view. Tea, hygiene products, water every day. Rattan furniture in the living room and a chic high huge bed in the bedroom. There is an exit from the bedroom to the bathroom. Charm. The territory is small and well maintained. There is definitely a kilometer from the sea.

The three of us had a vacation (me and my two daughters, 16 and 4 years old) in August-September 2018. During this period, we were relocated four times (reasons: a non-functioning bathroom, a broken bed, repairs in the room). Our last room was on the 18th floor. Apparently just renovated: clean, with a large balcony and wonderful mountain views. After entering it, we were notified that a mistake had been made and repairs would be done in the next room and we needed to return.I politely refused, because my plans included rest, not packing suitcases for speed and running obstacles around the hotel. My request was granted.
Breakfast starts at 7 a.m. There is a choice of dishes, but with a very large bias towards local cuisine. My children just stopped going to them.
The hotel staff is polite. There are few Russian speakers. But there is always a Google translator at hand.
The beach is a 10-minute walk away.
There is a small playground on site.
An outdoor swimming pool with a separate area for very young children.

Quite a normal guest. From the embankment it is about 10-15 minutes on foot to walk from the central park.

We stayed at the hotel in December 2018, a very large hotel. The service is good, clean. But there is no territory and no swimming pool. It is located next to a military base, so the rooms that overlook the military base do not even have balconies. Breakfasts are meager, Russians are fed separately from the Chinese. At breakfast, the child ate only watermelon.

A Russian tourist needs to know that you can't take food with you, there will be problems and very loud screams from the Chinese)) The rooms in the hotel are good and not so good... I was surprised that the room has a kitchenette, but there are no plates, forks and spoons at all. There is only a kettle, 2 saucers and 2 mugs for tea. Tea bags, shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a one-time shaving machine, shower caps, combs are brought to the room every day. To change the towels, they need to be thrown on the bathroom floor. There is a hair dryer, but it is weak. There is a safe in the room, if there is not one, then you can ask. The rooms are cleaned every day, but the staff does not understand Russian or pretends not to understand. Upon check-in at the reception, a deposit for the room remains, in the amount of $ 100, will be refunded upon check-out.

My grandson and I vacationed in Sanya Dadonghai in June 2019, took a trip for 22 days and lived just in this hotel, cleanliness and order, linen was changed every day, there was a clean pool on the third floor, only breakfast was included, there was something to choose to eat, we really liked it, the only minus is practically no Internet and Russian Russian channel, if it's raining, then there's nothing to do at all, you're sitting stupidly in the room, and so you could watch a Russian TV channel, at least one

we rested with my husband from 27.01 to 3.02.2020. the room is on the 7th floor, old, there is mold on the wallpaper, the sink is cracked, humidity in the room.The breakfasts are bad, there is nothing to eat., let them eat noodles themselves. the dining room is scary, even breakfast is not pleasant.Do not take a ticket to this hotel,,for 4 nights.He's not pulling. It's a bit far from the sea for 20 minutes exactly, we took 13-15 thousand steps a day if we went to the sea twice. The breakfasts are meager, there is a lot of choice, but there is nothing much to choose for a Russian if you are also with children, we ate boiled eggs, rice, tea with buns and noodles similar to beach bags. On the third floor there is a type of cafe on the terrace, we lived on the 4th floor and every evening we watched 4 rats crawl through their so-called kitchen. They clean normally, although they forgot to put soap on a couple of times.

The hotel is terrible, it is, the hotel is generally dead - EVERYTHING is shabby, greased.in some places, somehow, the paint has flown off, the sinks in the rooms are killed, everything is staggering and most importantly, no one is doing anything!!!! Hotel guides sit in the ass, point out flaws or ask to change the room, in response, promises to do tomorrow- but they do nothing. The breakfast menu does not change in any way- the same thing on the buffet ((((( I DID NOT LIKE it, from the word at all!
