Excellent car rental service. Day after day, an hour later, they found us a car on a vending machine, explained everything in detail about the car, helped with answers to questions along the route. In case of questions already on the way by car, we were always in touch.

The rental left a negative impression.
Everything is lined up in the direction of the landlord.
They take a pledge, while indicating that everything is insured (the meaning of the pledge then). All actions at a convenient time for them. Everything that goes beyond these limits must be paid additionally. The car needs to be washed, refueled and brought at a convenient time for them. While on vacation, I don't want to run around gas stations and car washes in a strange and unfamiliar city at all. There are a lot of scratches on cars, and their fixation occurs only on the phone, the acceptance of the car after the return is almost "under the microscope", and if the old scratches are not visible on the video during acceptance, then they will be presented to you. In general, even on the 14 pro, not everything was visible and had to be proved during acceptance ....
In general, the guys do not know what a quality service is and how to build it, everything is sharpened only for getting money.

We rented a car, KIA soul, for three days to travel a little from Tbilisi to Borjomi, from there to Batumi and back to Tbilisi. With a full package of options (all kinds of insurance), it turned out very budget-friendly, in our opinion (about 130 bucks). The car was brought to the agreed place, clean, there was a little less than half of gasoline. The car was examined together, a video was taken. A young man named Denis spoke in detail about the rules of car rental, local driving features, parking rules, warned about fines for excess, told where it is best to refuel. Everything is clear and perfect. The guys from rent paid for parking in Tbilisi, we only threw photos of parking numbers into the chat.
It took about 300 GEL (round trip) for fuel.
The car behaved perfectly, not noisy, quite comfortable.
Batumi has its own parking rules, they paid there via a payment acceptance machine 21.5 lari.
We returned to Tbilisi a little later (for 1-2 hours). The guys came, checked the car and didn't even charge us for an extra day, although we were ready for it, which is very nice all the same.
So we highly recommend the service! But we will not recommend Batumi 😅
