We would like to express our gratitude to the tour operator Natalia, who helped us choose a tour to Egypt in November last year. Since we are pensioners, of course, we wanted to get maximum comfort and pleasure for little money. Do you think this is unlikely? But Natalia could! She took into account all our wishes and, after going through many options, picked up a place for us in Hurghada, in which we received even more than we expected. A very good travel agency, this is not the first time we have applied. Good day!
Words cannot convey the impressions of an organized trip. It all started with the fact that before departure, when the Vouchers were collected, it turned out very unexpectedly that just before our arrival, Natalia found out that the return flight was postponed to another time. As a matter of fact, the documents, as we later saw at home, were printed out a couple of days earlier, but not only did they not consider it necessary to inform us, they also lied that they had just found out. Further more, upon arrival it turns out that the hotel is not at all the one that Natalia sent when choosing a tour (we were guided by the first coast, since our mother was flying with us, for whom walking a lot is not the easiest task). They settled us on the second beregovaya. When we did not find the sea on the territory of the hotel or even nearby, we immediately wrote to Natalia. To our indignation, we received a very unexpected question: "Don't you like it there?". Then we sent for comparison the hotel that was sent to us and where we are in fact, and they began to convince us that we did not understand something and this is one hotel, although the link was taken from correspondence. All this meant that if you want to be in an incomprehensible place for your money with noodles on your ears, then you are here, we recommend everyone else to look for a better agency.
