An hour before closing, I came to the travel agency to find out about the tour. We needed a certain hotel and a flight with transfers. After my phrase that I found this hotel on the booking. The answer was, "I won't look, it will take three hours and you won't buy anyway." Ravkova is (sort of) an incompetent employee, she only has to wash the floors at school.
