Good evening .I ordered a warm balcony finish (Turnkey) from the company "Geometry of heat ".The company sent a master , with whom everything was agreed in detail.The master started working, two days later we noticed some imperfections in the work, and five days later we decided to check the correctness of the work done .And we found out that we were brazenly deceived , where there should have been insulation, it was not there at all, or partially but insulated with one piece of garbage and scraps .The joints were not foamed .After contacting the company , the money for the paid work was returned to us, but they refused to return it for the damaged material .We would like to receive an explanation from the company and compensation for the damaged material .We are very disappointed that a company with such a reputation allows itself such an attitude with customers.And in the future, we do not recommend anyone to contact this company!!!I will send a link to the video about the work done later. 1
