My wife and I chose an airline for a vacation in Georgia. We chose between Azimuth and Georgian Airlines. The latter were more expensive by 5,000 rubles, but we wanted to fly comfortably and reliably, so we studied the reviews. The statistics of delays of both companies showed that Georgian Airlines had better indicators, they were chosen. They regretted it. The flight from Moscow on 06.11.24 was delayed for 45 minutes, but that's half the trouble. The return flight on 12.11.24 was delayed for more than 2 hours. At the same time, a delay of 1 hour was written on the scoreboard. Considering that the flight is 23:30, the delay of 2.5 hours is very significant. After an hour of delay, we were launched into the plane and kept there for almost 1.5 hours, without explaining why we were standing when we flew, what happened. We have repeatedly asked to turn on at least the air conditioner so that the children can breathe normally. They didn't turn it on. They didn't explain it. We were sitting in a stuffy place, many people felt bad. Then it turned out that another plane from Italy was waiting, on which there were several passengers who were supposed to fly with us. Allegedly, their plane broke down and was late due to the fact that they were provided with another plane late. We learned from other passengers, the airline did not explain anything, and did not even apologize. There was no water in the toilet 20 minutes after takeoff to wash your hands. They gave me a dry rubber sandwich to eat, which made me feel sick (nothing is better than this). The flight attendants were nervous and defiant. In general, try not to use the services of this airline. If you have something to choose, choose something else. In any case, it will be better than theirs.

I recently flew Milan-Tbilisi, the flight was excellent. The suitcases were not opened)))) I paid an expensive 90€ for the extra second baggage. Check-in was quick, the plane was without delays, I flew perfectly, I bought food and a small wine for 35 €, the seats are comfortable-the distance between them is also normal, the flight attendants were friendly, they talked to me in Russian, I liked everything -good luck to you. Next flight is coming soon, although azimuth is cheaper - I'll choose "Georgian"

On 05/11/2025, a 90-year-old grandmother flew on a connecting flight from Moscow to Milan. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank the airline for organizing escorts at all airports along the route. Of course, it cost a separate surcharge, but everything was organized at the highest level (escort before boarding in Moscow, meeting and transfer escort in Tbilisi, assistance during passport control, assistance with hand luggage, meeting and escort upon arrival in Milan). All the staff (check-in staff, flight attendants, cashiers, escorts) were very attentive and polite, and grandma also had separate seats on the plane with plenty of legroom and no traveling companions. As for the flight itself and the luggage, the flights were completed without delays and delays, the luggage is in place. Thank you very much!!!

Review of Georgian Airlines. A 9-732 17 November 2024 I flew for the first time with this airline. Unpleasant staff on board. When I asked to buy food and drinks from the menu, they said they would be serving in 10 minutes, half an hour had passed (turbulence zones and there was nothing), when I went to the toilet, was nearby and asked them again, they said that in 10 minutes. It's been 20 years. I went up to them myself, with the money to take and pay. They said that the girl with the keys would come and open it, they couldn't get it, and they slammed the door and curtain in an unpleasant way in front of me. A girl came with the keys, but no one opened it, when I asked, they pulled the curtain without a word. Then I left. I decided that I'd rather be hungry than humiliate myself and ask them for something or buy it. I have no desire to fly this airline anymore. People lie, are not responsible for their words and disrespect passengers. Also, there are no tpc type chargers on board, you can charge the phone only if there is another cord

The worst customer experience of my life. An airline that is unable to name the exact cost of transporting a pet is not just incompetence, it is a direct disregard for its customers. I was sent an invoice with the wrong currency twice. As a result, I paid 190 euros twice, and I still can't get a refund. The money was stuck, and now, a few days before departure, I can't buy a ticket for my cat, simply because the entire amount went to cover their mistakes. Support? It's like she doesn't exist. Employees are not aware of basic procedures, are not responsible, give vague answers and nod at each other. It feels like I'm not talking to the airline, but to some kind of sharashkin office where no one is responsible for anything. I'm not just disappointed, I'm outraged. I will never use your services again and I will not recommend it to anyone. If you don't know how to work with clients and treat their money as if it were a monopoly, then you have no place in the aviation industry.

I flew on a flight from Tbilisi to Moscow, the evening of 11/26/2024. I have not seen such poker faces in any airline yet. Of the two people on board, only the guy greeted them in Georgian. The girl guide pointedly did not respond to my greeting. They walked around with a haughty look (especially the flight attendant girls) the whole flight as if they were doing a favor. If you are flying to Russia, please show respect to your passengers. Moreover, in Russia, Georgians and Georgian culture are treated perfectly. Your Borjomi, if anything, I have not met anywhere except Russia. 3* only for the work of our pilot.

I flew to Tbilisi from St. Petersburg and back on night flights, the flights went well. On the way back, the plane kissed the runway, despite the strong crosswind, I didn't even feel the moment of landing. There were no delays, everything was on schedule.

The first and last time I flew with these airlines from Nice to Moscow! Flight A9-936, the plane is very old, just repaired, they don't give food, well, that's okay, the most unpleasant thing was that the suitcases of all passengers on arrival in Moscow were opened, the locks were open, they rummaged through things, everything was turned over in the suitcase, we were lucky, nothing was pulled out, but other passengers robbed, I really do not recommend this airline! It is better to pay extra and fly Turkish, nothing like this has happened to them, although I have been flying them for many years!

We flew from Munich to Moscow on 04.08 We arrived in Munich 2.5 hours before departure. There was a huge queue for registration, but no one was in a hurry. We were checked in a little less than an hour before departure, and after us there were still people in line. Everyone was very nervous - no one explained anything. Then everyone ran and asked to be let through at passport control - additional stress. As a result, we took off an hour later. The plane was very old, the landing gear wheel was changed after arrival At Tbilisi airport, the luggage was inspected (there is a sticker about it on the suitcase) - a suitcase with an open lock arrived - everything inside is turned upside down. It is very unpleasant that someone rummaged through all things like that (now they scan things at all airports and if anything, call a passenger separately). Our things seem to be in place, but cash rubles were stolen from a friend's suitcase (they were in a cosmetic bag - so everything was also opened). Then I read reviews of how other people's things were stolen when flying with this airline (it's good that I didn't read them before the flight) And plus, they feed very modestly (for a 5-hour flight - one small sandwich and water) If it is possible not to fly with this airline, do not fly

I have been flying with Georgian airlines almost since their foundation. They used to be really fed and were more attentive to the passengers. Now they are fed like in a low-cost airline. There is not even tea or coffee. :(

In the current conditions, the best option is how to get from St. Petersburg to Nice. Transfer to Tbilisi in 2 hours is comfortable and relatively inexpensive, much, no, MUCH BETTER than flying through Yerevan with their "strange" airlines)

I flew on the evening flight A3990 from Nice on 08/17/14 via Tbilisi to Moscow. The suitcase came open, everything inside was turned over, an emerald ring, several gold rings, two gold chains were stolen, the rest of the jewelry that did not have much value was bent, broken and torn. All the things were turned over, apparently they were looking for money. In general, I advise you not to fly these airlines, or wrap your luggage in a thick film, although it is not a fact that it will not be torn. There were 40 minutes in line for passport control and re-inspection for transfers.

I flew Georgian Airways from Berlin to Moscow with a transfer to Tbilisi. Everything is fine, only on the first flight a seat was bought in advance in the nose of the aircraft, and upon landing it turned out that this place was occupied and a new boarding seat was given in the very last row of the aircraft near the toilet. I wrote to tech support, they said they would find out everything, but it took more than 2 months and they ignored it. I do not advise with such an organization.

I don't care about the kids! It is not a customer-oriented airline at all. I have a child of 10 kg and 9 months old; I asked for a cradle - to which the company said that their company does not provide for this. Even when flying business class. Let your hands fall off, you can't not eat or drink or go to the toilet - they don't care. This is monstrous!! You don't think about your passengers and their comfort. About single mothers. Shame and shame!!! Shame and shame! I have never encountered such disregard for mothers with young children.

We bought tickets to Batumi from Moscow, there and back by Georgian-Airways at the end of June and began to wait for the long-awaited trip! But the answer came from the company, the flights will not take place! A letter of refund was written on the company's website, a week later we received a response about making a refund and received all the funds back in full! It's a pity that we didn't fly with this company, but everything is ahead! In any case, they are able to solve issues with clients, they are worthy of respect! I recommend it!!!

This is probably the only airline that is unrealistic to reach. Their official number on the site is just not working. support service... the email address is specified. There will also be silence in response to your requests. We bought air tickets, we want to add paid services, a place, and make online registration. Your booking has not been found, writes. Shame on such a service... They also position themselves as the national carrier of the Republic of Georgia.

When registering on the site, I chose a place and paid for it. It is indicated correctly in the receipt. The boarding pass indicates a completely different location. The support service does not respond to phones, emails, and insta. I arrived personally at the office, it is indicated on the cards that it is working today, in fact the door is closed. I'm not sure that with such shoals in the usual basic service, they pay attention to the quality of aircraft maintenance and safety.

We flew from Paris to Tbilisi in business class on 02/25/2024, flight 628, departure at 15.30. During the flight, a girl from economy class was transferred to a business and a pilot sat down with her, with whom they talked for half an hour, looked at photos and had fun. Then the girl went to the cockpit, and the pilot waited for her in the aisle near the toilet for about an hour. To my question to the flight attendant: what is the girl doing in the cockpit and why is the pilot not in his place, she told me that this is the pilot's wife...... then she started saying that this is their employee.... I asked why then she was not in the uniform of an employee, to which she again replied that she was the pilot's wife.... If you remember that heated incident when the pilot put his children in the cockpit and they crashed....then it's a terrible stress for the passenger..... I didn't get into their car, but paid for my flight and hoped that people were responsible for my safety and peace of mind. I haven't seen such a mess in a long time.... Only if in the 90s.... Service and safety are at zero!!! Think carefully if you are going to fly with Georgian airlines.....

I bought a ticket on 09/16/2024 from Moscow to Tbilisi, and on 20.09 back. The return flight was canceled. Did you reply by e-mail that you want to cancel your flight from Moscow? Food is almost thrown at passengers . It 's just a nightmare . I flew with Georgian Airlines with a fairly short (less than 2 hours) transfer to Tbilisi. Naturally, I was afraid of being late, but the plane took off from Moscow and landed at its destination strictly on time. The connecting flight also went smoothly, without delays. The service is modest, but for me it is not a problem, especially on short flights up to 3 hours. I flew with this company for the first time and was satisfied. I will definitely fly again.

We bought tickets Moscow-Tbilisi-Milan, with a transfer of 2h 30 min, as a result, the plane was shifted by 20 minutes, but the transfer was 55 min , the question is where did the 1h 30 min transfer go. What are we flying at all if the flight from Moscow to Tbilisi is 4 hours? I will never fly with them again, it was easier and closer and more comfortable with the Turkish ones ... I was led to do it more quickly and in the end even longer.and there is zero comfort.... With all this, the price is like that of Turkish airlines.

After reading the negative reviews about the airline, it was very exciting, but either I'm not picky, or I'm lucky, I don't have any bad impressions about the airline. I flew to Tbilisi on a direct flight from Moscow, the departure was exactly on schedule, the cost of an economy ticket included 23 kg of luggage and hand luggage, which was very pleasing, for me the price is 28 tons.It seemed very adequate for two people with luggage. The day before the flight, I checked in for a flight online, the choice of seats in the cabin is free, which I also consider a big plus. On boarding, the dimensions of hand luggage were not checked, passengers were carrying different bags, no one cared. The flight attendants are polite, there is no food on board, but they give water on request. I would put five stars if at least tea or coffee were offered. In general, there are no bad impressions left from the airline.

I do not recommend flying with this company to anyone, because they do not have customer support from the word at all. Georgian Airways simply does not take any responsibility for the damage they may cause. In my case, they broke my suitcase, which is beyond repair, as it is broken in two. I immediately noticed this when I received my luggage and there, at the airport, at the Georgian Airways counter, I drew up a certificate of damage to baggage (I attach the document). The manager told me to contact customer support via email, and I did so later that day. After two weeks without a response, I again sent my complaint and a scan of the act to all the company's email addresses. After a month of fruitless waiting, I came to the central office of Georgian Airlines on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi. Four operators worked there, who could not really help in any way and, moreover, said that they did not have a customer service as such. They asked me to resolve this issue at the same counter at the airport and gave me the phone number of the same counter. When I called the number indicated, the woman on the other end said that she was only responsible for the lost luggage and was not responsible for the damaged one in any way. And here it is obvious that Georgian Airways will not be responsible for anything, neither for damaged luggage, nor for the time I spent. I left Tbilisi and was abroad for a while, and when I returned to the same airport, of course, I approached the manager at the same Georgian Airlines desk with the same question. In response, I received only total rudeness and screams. When I demanded to make an official claim on the spot, she refused to help and simply began to ignore me. In the process, I also contacted the airport administration, where they politely told me that they could not help me in any way with the claim and the situation in general, this is on the side of Georgian Airlines. In general, there is one conclusion here. Georgian Airways is not responsible for anything and by choosing this company among others, you are risking a lot, both your luggage and, perhaps, even your health, if something happens on board. There is simply no customer service here, which is what the company's representatives themselves openly talk about. Be careful when choosing a flight to or through Georgia and never choose Georgian Airways, take care of yourself!

We asked a person to come to the office to add a dog to the ticket, but no one knew about it on the day of departure and until the last moment they didn't put us in, asking if they could take it in the luggage. And the same story was with several families who had animals in the cabin. Buying from intermediaries and confirmation of the attachment of the animal you will receive!

Old cramped planes without TV, the cabin is hot and stuffy. We lost our luggage on the flight from Paris. Lost and Found airlines said they could deliver it to Vnukovo in a few days (not to the passenger's home). An absolutely backward airline from the 90s of the last century.
