We went to this coffee shop probably for about six months, maybe once a week, sometimes more often, sometimes less often. Everything in general is usually quite good, the menu has its own and it seems like there are also purchased pastries. There is no definite cost for all this (the idea is this: how much you wanted - so much you left), of course this idea conquered us, not every day in the modern world you can see this).
Two weeks ago we went to get coffee, there was a girl in front of us in the queue, about 7-8 years old, her mother was sitting outside. She asked for lemonade, to which the girl rudely replied: "there will be no lemonade without a donation," the girl just stared with a frightened look. The barista looked at us and apparently cheered up a little, but after pouring a glass of lemonade and almost giving it to the girl, she decided to remind us again, "where's your donation? Why without him? Give it to me! I won't pour anything without it next time."
The essence of the whole fable is as follows
If donations are required, write about it directly. Over each drink, how much and how much people should donate. Rather than putting on a slightly hypocritical mask. After this incident, it is unlikely that we will look there again.
Yes, for those who were particularly distinguished, I would add that we personally always left "donations".
So yes, the choice is always yours)
That's kind of a long review.
The warmth and comfort of the coffee shop keep you warm not only outside but also inside. Very kind people are working there, they were treated with chocolate, given delicious tea. In general, everything is done with love and in a Christian way. We need more Orthodox cafes
My favorite coffee shop, and even next to my house! I don't even know if I have the eloquence to describe all its splendor, but I will try:
the coffee is brewed the most wonderful,
and there are no set prices for this coffee - the buyer determines how much he is willing to pay, and everything he takes out of his wallet goes to a wooden coffin and goes to build a new temple - they can admire it right from the coffee shop.
There are also magical teas in the assortment - you can buy them at home.
In summer, it is pleasant to drink coffee on the terrace: admire the temple, tall poplars, and a view of the reservoir. In the cold season, it is cozy and warm inside the coffee shop. There is always something to read, and you can also have pleasant conversations with other guests of the coffee shop - there is always a friendly atmosphere. You can often meet priests there, they are also always open to dialogue. A very interesting place! I definitely recommend it to everyone who visits Chizhovka.
