Awful. The toilet is always closed to visitors, the guard says go outside to the toilet around the corner of the house. The tenant - hostess is rude, when asked why you don't let her go to the toilet, she replied that only for employees, when she was told that this was a trading house, she replied that this was not a trading house, but a basement. So this is not the Hermes trading house, but the Hermes basement.
