Hermes is losing his authority, placed an order in an online store, they called to confirm, they said you can come pick it up.I came to pick up the order, and in response I heard that it was out of stock.they offered a defective product (non-condition).it is interesting to know what the online store is for, you make requests if you do not fulfill them!!!
