The hotel has not confirmed the transfer. Gettransfer type sites require prepayment. From the Republic of Belarus, card payments did not take place in 4 companies. I had to move from Istanbul to Gebze at 21.30. It's almost a 1.5 hour drive. I was worried. In the morning before leaving, I found GetEasy. The operator immediately replied to the telegram. She gave a good price. There is no prepayment. Payment to the driver after the trip. The price includes all toll roads and other things. I took a chance. I left my contacts. I received the video instructions. Upon arrival, the driver called me before going through passport control. I was fooled. I checked with the operator and she confirmed that the driver was theirs, she answered immediately. I quickly found a place from where the guy took me to the car. I was fooled a second time by the car. An executive minibus with four luxurious and super comfortable leather seats. Cleanliness in the cabin. There was almost no smell of cigarettes. The driver offered water. I drove carefully. I was constantly wondering if everything was okay. Super well done! Before leaving, I read a lot of bad things about various other transfers and since I arrived in the evening, I was worried. GetEasy surprised me a lot. Well done. The main thing is not to spoil. Great company! We took the Antalya - Side transfer . Everything is great. The manager organized everything quickly and clearly . The driver met me with a sign and helped me with my suitcases . The Mercedes minibus is in excellent condition with air conditioning. We quickly got to the hotel in 50 minutes maximum.

Update: The owner of the company contacted, apologized and arranged an excellent transfer from the hotel to the airport. Everything was on time and well organized.
I strongly advise you not to use the services of this office. The driver did not arrive at the airport, calls and messages in Whatsapp were ignored for 1.5 hours. After that, they reported that the driver overslept. There was no apology or compensation.
