Oh, this is a special restaurant! The location is captivating, but the prices are correspondingly high. We lived in a palace and there were no options for dinner somewhere else.
That's why we had dinner and breakfast here.
Dinner - delicious draniki with interesting additives, but ... the delicious plum tincture ended after 2 glasses, dark beer - after 3 bottles, and pasta with nuggets was carried to the child for an hour, I don't know what happened in their kitchen, the landing was 3-4 tables.
Breakfast is part of a group, so the waiters immediately arranged the food, it doesn't matter if a person has already come up or not, the cooled porridge with scrambled eggs is so-so.
The interior is beautiful, the waiters themselves are polite, but be prepared for a long wait for the simplest dishes

The plus and advantage of this restaurant is that it is located on the territory of the castle complex, and if you spend the night at the castle hotel, it is convenient enough for breakfast. But, unfortunately, neither the food nor the food prices are pleasing. Last year, after booking a table, we couldn't order dishes from the main menu-they just ran out. The portions are small, but quite expensive even by Minsk standards. Breakfast was a complete disappointment-it did not suggest any choice at all for either adults or children -oatmeal, fried egg, fried toast, three slices of ham and a cucumber. The choice was supposed to be only between tea, coffee and juice! And the price of this pleasure is around 5.5 dollars in equivalent. Why not make it possible to order other dishes -pancakes, cheesecakes, for example?)

The dishes are brought cold or already overcooked, they say that "the cook missed it." When asked to bring normally cooked, not cold pancakes, they are simply heated in the microwave along with sour cream) Accordingly, the restaurant is empty, even in the evening. I do not recommend this restaurant. We stayed at the castle hotel not so long ago. There are no questions about the hotel itself, everything is decent, the surroundings are appropriate, an interesting place. There were appropriate waiting areas from the restaurant. The interior is quite elegant, but the service does not correspond to the place in any way, but rather corresponds to a roadside eatery…As for the dishes themselves, the disappointment is even greater. Tuna salad, bruschetta, kholodnik (cold beetroot soup), and hot were ordered. The tuna looked and tasted like something rotten, the cold meat did not even remotely resemble its real taste. The bruschetta was served on an ordinary piece of bread (not crispy). They didn't even try the hot stuff. Prices are very high by local standards! Alas((

Hetman Restaurant in Radziwill Castle, Nesvizh
As promised, I will tell you separately about the restaurant where we had breakfast (included in the room rate at the Palace Hotel) and had dinner!
A cozy and stylish restaurant, relatively small, but how they cook here!!! ✨Some kind of gastronomic paradise 😎
Strong drinks of our own production. I especially liked "krambambula" and "horseradish", 40 degrees, it's the most from the frost!
⚡️For reference, Krambambula is a Belarusian alcoholic drink — tincture with honey and spices. It is drunk both cold and hot.
The name "krambambula" was given to the drink from the German liqueur "Krambambuli" (Krambambuli), which was produced from juniper and brandy by several factories in Gdansk. ⚡️
So, we tasted this wonderful drink, immediately warmed up and started eating. The portions are large, everything is very tasty! Naturally, the main choice fell on "draniki". What are there just not: with sour cream, stewed in pots with pork and sausages, with beef with cherry sauces, with mushrooms in cream sauce and even with machanka!!
Of course, I easily ate enough from one serving, but I had to try everything 😎(in general, after dinner we burned calories walking around the castle and beyond 🙌 )

The average check for two for our money is about 3.500 with alcohol.
To make it clear, there was a lot of food for two, in 4m we would have eaten 😎- 4 types of pancakes (portion - 250 g) , beef tenderloin with cherries, salad with tongue (similar to Caesar, but more tender), pumpkin soup, 100 g horseradish, 150 g of crambambuli and local beer 0.5 for overclocking, so to speak)
About tips: they are not included in the bill, but you can thank the waiter by naming % of the amount (3,5,7, etc.) and you will be punched with a separate check, so to speak)
We had a waiter, Vadim. Well done. Very courteous, "delicious" talks about the dishes on the menu ✨
A few words about breakfast:
The breakfast is continental, different every time, NOT a buffet, they bring portions. This time we had buckwheat porridge, toasted toast with ham and cheese, scrambled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, a croissant with chocolate filling and freshly brewed coffee 😎
Delicious and satisfying! Although, to be honest, porridge and coffee with a croissant "got into me"), my husband ate the rest :) Fortunately, God grant everyone an appetite! ☺️

Beautiful interior, pleasant music, polite waiters. From the order, the Lithuanian-style pancakes, chicken in sauce and mashed potatoes were delicious. Desserts, strudel with apples, cheesecake, as well as grilled vegetables and teas, pomegranate and ginger, are quite normal. Very tasty cranberry juice!
One of the disadvantages is the long waiting time. It is unclear whether this time is specifically given in order to communicate, relax and enjoy a quiet pleasant place, or whether everyone has forgotten about you. By the time of desserts, the tea had already cooled down completely.
If the restaurant completes the walk, and you are not particularly hungry, then you can sit quite for yourself. Alcohol is probably fine at all. But if you are hungry, limited in time, or even have slightly hungry children with you, it is better to look for something outside the castle, where there are plenty of cafes, or walk to the center - you will definitely gain time. Our modest lunch took over an hour and a half. The bill is 100 rubles.

We had dinner on 08/23/2023. We agree with many estimates, the atmosphere is 90%, the Interior is 95%. But the food and the serving... After all, this is why you visit the catering, and then you received banally unroasted pancakes, and for all three different orders.
