Good afternoon. I rented a car in Abu Dhabi through this application. I chose a car. Agreed on the terms. I paid the advance payment. After that, they sent the coordinates of the landlord Musaffastar, now called Capital from Abu Dhabi.
In general, a problematic landlord. He does not fulfill his obligations. The deposit was not refunded. When contacting GetRentacar, they said literally, we are a marketplace and only connect you with the landlord. And the rest is your problem. I think that they are responsible for this situation, so they provided me with this landlord for money.
Don't mess with them. Deceived.
I don't recommend it. We made a reservation for a car through them with the possibility of renting it in another city. At the booking stage, they clearly asked three times if this was possible and included in the price, confirmed everything and took an advance payment. When making a lease, the distributor rolled out an invoice for an additional 15 thousand baht, since Getrentacar "cheated" in the application, indicating that the refund was in the same city.
Now he does not return the prepayment, does not answer questions.

On the same day, they promptly called me and informed me that the car was not available and promised to pick up a similar one in the same price category. They promised to return promptly. But unfortunately, no one returned promptly. I started calling the company. It turned out that "my" manager works on schedule 2/2, for this reason she did not answer me :)). It was only on the fifth day (after my numerous calls) that the staff decided to check my reservation (no longer "my" manager). Unfortunately, there were no cars anymore. And the price was offered to me almost 2 times higher. It is very sad, because during this time several cars in the same price category "went away". I lost time (5 days) and the opportunity to rent a car from a third-party organization.
