We rented a Toyota Yaris Ativ in Bangkok.
We rent a car on almost all trips: it is cheaper and more convenient with our large family, and in the case of Thailand it is also safer. We are contacting GetRentacar for the 3rd time already (a year ago in Antalya, this fall in Dubai) and of all the companies that we have tried (and we have tried a lot) This one is the best! Firstly, at the selection stage, the machines help to find the most suitable option and do it promptly. Secondly, we have never received a car in poor condition: it is always clean and odorless. The air conditioner is always in good working order, which is important in hot countries.
This time they took a brand new car from 2023, and in the process they could not figure out some of the functions. But every time we wrote to tech support, they answered us promptly! Thanks a lot to the company for this!

We took a car in Bangkok, from 09.12-31.01.25. Only pleasant impressions. On the day of the transfer, we didn't have time to change the cash, the girl who brought the car waited until we found a bank. I arranged everything very quickly, politely and clearly! The car was in excellent condition. On the day of the transfer (31.01), a guy arrived, quickly examined everything, returned the deposit. Both times the guys came straight to the hotel, it was very convenient! I definitely recommend it!

I flew to Italy in June, I needed a car for a week, they found it quickly. Without a foreign credit card, this is in any case the best option. They offered to cancel the deposit for a fixed price, which in general saved us, it turned out to be a tolerable amount. I have no complaints, except that the owner did not respond in whatsapp for a long time, but I still communicated with him through support, so OK.

We went to Yerevan and decided to try this service. We chose the Nissan Qashqai and did not regret it. The car was in good condition. I was especially pleased with the opportunity to rent additional equipment, such as a child safety seat, which turned out to be necessary for us to move comfortably with the baby. Good afternoon. I rented a car in Abu Dhabi through this application. I chose a car. Agreed on the terms. I paid the advance payment. After that, they sent the coordinates of the landlord Musaffastar, now called Capital from Abu Dhabi.
In general, a problematic landlord. He does not fulfill his obligations. The deposit was not refunded. When contacting GetRentacar, they said literally, we are a marketplace and only connect you with the landlord. And the rest is your problem. I think that they are responsible for this situation, so they provided me with this landlord for money.
Don't mess with them. Deceived.

I don't recommend it. We made a reservation for a car through them with the possibility of renting it in another city. At the booking stage, they clearly asked three times if this was possible and included in the price, confirmed everything and took an advance payment. When making a lease, the distributor rolled out an invoice for an additional 15 thousand baht, since Getrentacar "cheated" in the application, indicating that the refund was in the same city.
Now he does not return the prepayment, does not answer questions.
Guys, Camon, is all this fuss about 47 bucks??

My experience turned out to be extremely negative. I booked and paid 100% of the cost of renting a car. On the same day, they promptly called me and informed me that the car was not available and promised to pick up a similar one in the same price category. They promised to return promptly. But unfortunately, no one returned promptly. I started calling the company. It turned out that "my" manager works on schedule 2/2, for this reason she did not answer me :)). It was only on the fifth day (after my numerous calls) that the staff decided to check my reservation (no longer "my" manager). Unfortunately, there were no cars anymore. And the price was offered to me almost 2 times higher. It is very sad, because during this time several cars in the same price category "went away". I lost time (5 days) and the opportunity to rent a car from a third-party organization.
